Boardwalk is a multiplayer map from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, which appeared for Elite members with Content Pack 9.
Normally, close-range fights take place here and only in a few places you can also look into the distance. Therefore, shotguns in particular work well. For team-based game modes, the rule of thumb is to control part of the map to win, because if you are well prepared, you can defend every exit in certain places.
Survival Combat
Players start with a Model 1887, a Five-Seven, Extreme Conditions, a Resurrection and 250 body armor.
Info
- There is a fairground game on the map called Rummy’s Watergun Shootout. Four animals have been placed on a race track and the player can shoot at the target in the mouth of a clown to move a corresponding animal. Theoretically, up to four players can even finish the race.
- Among the prizes in Rummy’s fairground float are several teddy bears of various sizes, some totally torn.
- Next to Rummy’s Watergun Shootout is another game called Fast Ball, where you have to throw a ball into a baseball glove. In the game, you only have grenades to do this, but if you manage to do it, the screen still shows that you’ve won.
- Near the spawn point of the Speznas are several photos taken on roller coasters. The people photographed are all employees of Infinity Ward, Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software.
- The roller coaster named Spinal Shock is running during the match.
Call of Duty
The Call of Duty series has existed since 2003 and in addition to various spin-offs, including for the handheld systems Nintendo DS and Sony PSP, 14 major titles of the series have now been released. Ever since the first part of the series, great emphasis has been placed on the online multiplayer mode in addition to the single-player campaign, which is also reflected in the development of the shooter series. Since the first Call of Duty, World at War, which was developed exclusively by Treyarch, each part also included cooperative challenges that you could play together with friends. The latest installment, Call of Duty: World War II, also features an extended multiplayer mode that puts you and your friends in the combat zones and famous battles of World War II. Using the divisions, you’ll be able to choose between the deadly sniper and the brute armored division and support your comrades in battle. In addition, World War II also has a zombie mode “Nazi Zombies”, as in its predecessor Call of Duty: Black Ops. Face the monsters of the Third Reich and win glory and honor.
