Today I have some good news for all fans of the MOBA League of Legends: it was recently revealed that a novel based on the video game template will be released in September.

The novel, titled Destruction by Anthony Reynolds, one of Riot Games’ main writers, tells the story of General Kalista, who leads King Viego’s military in search of a legendary realm. This is said to have access to an ancient magic that is the only cure for the poisoned Queen Isolde.

“Destruction” is published in English by the teams at Orbit in the United States and the United Kingdom as a hardcover novel, e-book, and audio drama, and is distributed internationally. Incidentally, the novel is being translated for all major international markets. Unfortunately, there is no release date for the translated editions yet.
