Least favorite Shapeshifters promos in FIFA 22

There are treasures and rivets in Team 1 of EA Sports’ latest promo. Among the favorites in Ultimate Team is a surprisingly strong Squad Building Challenge. Shapeshifters have been shaking up 22 Ultimate Team since Friday night. Besides an outstanding card from Lionel Messi, however, the most convincing is the Squad Building Challenge (SBC) for Felipe Anderson. An overview of the most popular and less wanted cards of this promo action.

Best players in Shapeshifters Team 1

Felipe Anderson (SBC)

This SBC has it all. This is because the Brazilian from Lazio can be obtained for a card value of the equivalent of 170,000 coins. Originally comes Felipe Anderson is used in left midfield, but with the Shapeshifters promo he becomes an arrow-quick right winger who plays the defense dizzily and also excels at shooting.

Lionel Messi

The Argentine has been one of the fan favorites in world soccer for over a decade. Although Lionel Messi lost power in club competitions after his move to Paris Saint-Germain, he remained outstanding, especially in the national team, scoring numerous goals. EA Sports has taken this as an opportunity to put the star in the position of the central striker. Messi has almost perfect scores in speed, shooting, passing and dribbling.

Youcef Atal

If the Algerian were even more linkable, he might even be Team 1’s best promo card. That’s because with his move from right-back to central midfielder, Youcef Atal impresses with incredible flexibility. The man from French first division club OGC Nice belongs to the 90 club in terms of value with 2669 ingame points (according to Futbin.com), making him one of the best cards in the game.

Actually, he can be used anywhere on the field, which is why he is definitely one of the high flyers of the promo so far. Alphonso Davies, among others, is similarly strong as Atal. The FC Bayern left-back has been converted into a striker, but has much weaker work rates than Atal.

Most disliked players in Shapeshifters Team 1

Yannick Gerhardt (Objective)

Although the card of the German player from VfL Wolfsburg is free to play, this one is less well received by the community. Switching from a central midfielder to a left defender isn’t exactly the position change fans want to see. In addition, it takes some time to solve the objective requirements. Among other things, eight squad battles have to be won, in which a team with eleven German players always starts.

Nevertheless, Yannick Gerhardt is a possible option for Bundesliga teams on the left side or in central midfield. He impresses with his passing ability, strong defense and physicality, and brings a high level of pace.

Héctor Bellerín

The Real Betis Sevilla Spaniard has been retrained from a right-back to a left-back in his Shapeshifters version. Similar to Gerhardt, FIFA player:ins lack a distinctive positional change, for example to the offense in Alphonso Davies. Regardless, Héctor Bellerín is a quick and robust defender. If you need him for a La Liga team, you can buy the card on the transfer market for just under 40,000 coins. The Shapeshifters’ Team 1 is valid for one week. On Friday, these cards will be replaced by the new versions of Team 2.
