The Duskblade of Draktharr (no one uses the German item name, let’s face it) is probably the best option for you if you don’t know exactly what to buy. After all, its composition is really just longswords that need to be assembled into the serrated dagger and Caulfield’s Warhammer (okay honestly, I’ll stop there).
Duskblade of Draktharr Stats:
- Cost: 3200 Gold
- + 60 attack damage
- + 20 Ability Speed
- + 18 lethality factor (11.2 – 18 (level dependent) armor penetration)
- Gold efficiency without passive abilities: 85.1%
Is Duskblade of Draktharr a Mythic Item?
Yes, the Duskblade is a Mythic Item. So you get an additional 5 ability speed per additional legendary League of Legends item you build. The Mythic Passive is an important stat by which you should basically evaluate whether you buy this Mythic Item or another.
In addition to the Mythic Passive, the Duskblade itself has another Item Passive. And it gives it a unique mechanic: “Nightwalker” gives you an on-hit bonus of 65 AD (+25% bonus AD) and slows down enemies by 99% for 0.25 seconds. You can renew this cooldown by participating in a kill within 3 seconds. If you manage to do this, you will also become invisible for 1.5 seconds.
Who builds Duskblade of Draktharr?
Because it is a Mythic item, Duskblade fits best with AD champions who do a lot of damage with their abilities. This includes all AD-Assassins in the Midlane or in the Jungle, like Qiyana or Nocturne. In the meantime, you can also see the item on ADCs from time to time. Ezreal, for example, stands it quite well, or Varus or Sivir. They can really do something with the additional ability speed. The most interesting (and by most interesting I mean most frustrating) is when champions buy a Duskblade that already uses invisibility. I’m looking at you Kha’Zix! Get out of my Jungle!

Yes, what is the item actually named after? Lê “Draktharr” Ngoc Toân is a professional League of Legends player. He is currently a jungle for Burst The Sky Esports. However, Riot has not made any statements about why the item is called that. We don’t want to accuse Draktharr of anything, but until last year his name was Jahseh. Maybe he just jumped on a hype train.
