Is Fortnite better without build? This is what the pros Tfue and Ninja say about it

In , #Epic has now gotten serious and firmly introduced no-build mode into the #BattleRoyal shooter along with build. The community disagrees on which mode is best, but #Tfue and #Ninja have a clear opinion on the matter.

What happened to Fortnite?

In Fortnite, building stopped in Chapter 3 after the release of – Season 2. The underground organization Imagined Order found a way to disable building, and players couldn’t sink into build battles for weeks because of it.

Not many cared, however, as even old pros like Tfue and Ninja got back on the hype train in full and gave Fortnite another shot. Now that building has been re-enabled, we’ll show you how the pros and the community feel about it.

Build or zero build? Here’s how the pros decide

Where does Ninja stand on this?

Ninja appeared primarily sporadically in Fortnite. Occasionally he streamed a few matches, but without any real focus on it. However, when he learned that Fortnite disabled sweaty building, he wanted to test how the battle royal felt. He said on Twitter that he had finally had fun in Fortnite for the first time in a long time.

In addition, on March 25, he conducted a poll on Twitter in which 242,974 users participated. With this, he wanted to clarify what the players were most keen on – building or not building.

The result was clear and with 74.2% of the vote (as of 8:58 p.m. April 4), the majority won with the no-build mode.

What does Tfue say about this?

Tfue was also considered one of the best players in Fortnite. He had participated in many tournaments and thus showed his ability in Battle Royal. However, the desire for Fortnite also left him and so he streamed other games.

With the change of the Zero Build mode, he also got the desire to make the battlefield unsafe again. Excited and driven by the new freshness of the shooter, he even participated in Twitch Rivals.

In this stream , Fortnite was played without building. In total there was $100,000 to be won. In the end, even the Aim pro Tfue won with his team and placed first.

What does the community say?

Opinions are split despite the compromise of having two separate modes now. There are players who are happy that Epic is also offering fans alternatives to gamble with, since they never got along with building.

Despite this, building is defended and Twitter users. JustmeRcLoL thinks the problem lies elsewhere:

I will reveal the facts for all of you: The problem has never been, and still isn’t, building. The problem is that the “sweaters” have an entire mode to themselves, also known as Arena, but prefer to play in public modes because they don’t want to improve their skills against players who are better than them.

Now whether building needs changes to become more popular again is in the eye of every beholder. Both modes have their pros and cons. But now that Epic is giving players the choice of how they want to gamble, even players who couldn’t handle building can finally get their start in the colorful BR shooter.

What do you guys think about Fortnite now having two main modes? Do you think it’s good that Epic wants to make it fair for everyone? Or does it take away from Fortnite’s distinguishing feature? Let us know in the comments!
