Paris central defender #PresnelKimpembe has also received such a card. He is already feared as a completely normal card in #FUT, because he plays much better than his values suggest. The special card was accordingly valuable, and it also had the prospect of upgrades should #ParisSaintGermain (PSG) advance in the Champions League.

And it even looked really good. The star-studded squad around Neymar and Messi beat Real Madrid 1-0 in the first leg and also led 1-0 in the second leg.

The price of Kimpembe really picked up: On PlayStation, the defender cost over 1.4 million coins in the meantime.

Benzema destroys PSG hopes and Kimpembe’s price

Here’s how the game went:

Mbappé scored the 1:0 for PSG in the 39th minute, which made it look quite like Paris would advance. At halftime, some FIFA fans were already rejoicing that their Kimpembe would thus become stronger.

But between the 61st and 78th minute, Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema turned the tables completely, gifting PSG three goals. Once again, PSG was knocked out of the Champions League early on – despite stars like Messi, Neymar and Mbappé.

• “F— never bet on PSG winning anything. FIFA players can only see green links that don’t exist in the real game. Actually, in PSG, everyone should have red links to be exact.” comments user “MasterofDisaster_BG” (via reddit) on the perhaps not-so-stellar chemistry of the real PSG team.

By the way, it went the other way for players who had Gareth Bale as RTTF card. He was around 240,000 coins before the game and now costs 390,000.
