Heroes Dota 2 – Nature’s Prophet

Nature’s Prophet: “I summon the forces of nature.”

Nature’s Prophet is an hero from DotA and Dota 2. He is a ranged combat unit that belongs to the Radiant. In the game, he can take on the role of a Jungler, Pusher, Carry and Escaper. Many of Nature’s Prophet’s abilities feature his harmony with nature. For example, Sprout temporarily grows a ring of trees around a target unit, from which most heroes cannot easily escape. With Teleportation, Nature’s Prophet can teleport to any point on the map. This ability is useful for pushing and escaping from dicey situations, but also makes Nature’s Prophet a mobile ganker. Through his third ability Nature’s Call, Nature’s Prophet can summon Treants from trees on the map to fight for him. However, it is also possible for him to turn the ring of trees he can summon through Sprout into Treants. Treants are controlled separately and award experience points and gold to enemies they kill. With his Ultimate Wrath of Nature, he can damage 16 enemy units that are visible to his team. Wrath of Nature’s damage increases with the number of jumps. Aghanim’s Scepter increases the damage and number of jumps of Nature’s Wrath.

Nature’s Prophet- Hype

Whether in the thick of battle or gathering resources for his next assault, Nature’s Prophet seems to be everywhere. Teleporting at will to any location and instantly creating an army of violent trees to fight for him, he attacks where enemies least expect.

Nature’s Prophet- Biography

“When Verodicia, the goddess of the woods, had filled all the glades with greenery, animated the seeds with her spirit, lured the spring waters from the depths of the rocks, and sworn in full attention to the growing things before the sun, she realized that her time had come. She would fall, like one of the many leaves whose destiny it was to nourish the seed without ever having seen the fruits of their labor. The certainty that she would no longer be able to watch the buds burst from the earth pained her – and that henceforth they would be exposed to every danger without protection. Then she discovered a last grain in her seed bag that she had not yet put into the earth. Still in the fall, she spoke a single word into the seed and swallowed it. Her massive body decayed during the long winter and became the topsoil that would nourish the seedlings in the spring. And on the morning of spring, even before the forest had awakened, this last seed matured suddenly and burst forth from the earth with incredible force. From it emerged in full leafy splendor the strong and wise Nature’s Prophet, who had inherited Verodicia’s gift for anticipating any threat against the green land – and against those fortunate enough to call themselves its allies.”

Heroes (Dota 2)

The heroines and heroes (original: “Heroes”) are the primary playable entities in DotA and Dota 2. In a game, each player takes control of one of the 112 playable heroines and heroes. Each hero and heroine is a character with different attributes, abilities and roles. Each heroine and hero can also be categorized by the default attacks, which happen either in melee or ranged attacks.

Valve plans to develop their own heroines and heroes for Dota 2 after the release of the classic heroines and heroes from DotA Allstars, as Erik Johnson previously announced in a 2014 interview. After the release of Arc Warden in December 2015 and that of Underlord in August 2016, the first hero developed exclusively for Dota 2, Monkey King, appeared in winter 2016, although it was at least based on concepts from classic DotA and appeared there as an event boss opponent. The Dueling Fates update announced in August 2017 confirmed the release of two completely redesigned heroes.
