Heroes Dota 2 – Jakiro

Jakiro: “Two sides of the same coin.”

Jakiro, the Twin Head Dragon, is an hero from DotA and Dota 2. He is a ranged Radiant unit that can deal large area damage, but has very low agility. In the game, it can play the role of a Nuker, Pusher, Lane Support and Disabler. Dual Breath slows down enemy units and deals damage over time. Ice Path allows Jakiro to ice large areas, freezing and damaging enemy units. Liquid Fire also deals area damage, slowing enemies and damaging them over time, but the ability requires no mana and is automatically provided after the cooldown. In doing so, Jakiro is able to use Liquid Fire specifically or on standby on enemy units and even buildings, switching between the two modes of the ability. Jakiro’s Ultimate Macropyre also deals a large amount of area damage and damage over time. Both can be improved with Aghanim’s Scepter.

Jakiro- Hype

Jakiro is his own best friend. The twins burn their enemies with fiery breath or freeze them on the spot. And their liquid fire even inflicts heavy damage on enemy buildings.

Jakiro- Biography

“Even among magical creatures, a two-headed dragon is an oddity. Equal parts ice and fire, cunning and fury, the creature known as Jakiro glides across charred and frozen battlefields, wreaking havoc on those who dare to turn weapons against it. Clutches of Pyrexae dragons always contain two young. Known for their viciousness from the moment of their life, newly hatched dragons of this species attempt to kill their sibling while still in the nest. Only the strongest survive, ensuring the strength of the Pyrexae line. By a freak of nature, however, the peculiar Jakiro hatched from a single egg, combining all the wealth of abilities of the various Pyrexae species into a single individual. Trapped in this monstrous body, the powers of ice and fire combine so that no opponent is safe.”

Heroes (Dota 2)

The heroines and heroes (original: “Heroes”) are the primary playable entities in DotA and Dota 2. In a game, each player takes control of one of the 112 playable heroines and heroes. Each hero and heroine is a character with different attributes, abilities and roles. Each heroine and hero can also be categorized by the default attacks, which happen either in melee or ranged attacks.

Valve plans to develop their own heroines and heroes for Dota 2 after the release of the classic heroines and heroes from DotA Allstars, as Erik Johnson previously announced in a 2014 interview. After the release of Arc Warden in December 2015 and that of Underlord in August 2016, the first hero developed exclusively for Dota 2, Monkey King, appeared in winter 2016, although it was at least based on concepts from classic DotA and appeared there as an event boss opponent. The Dueling Fates update announced in August 2017 confirmed the release of two completely redesigned heroes.
