Heroes Dota 2 – Dark Seer

Dark Seer: “We are not so different, my enemies and I. Except my brain is much larger.”

Ish’Kafel, the Dark Seer, is an hero from DotA and Dota 2. Dark Seer is great for supporting allies. He is a melee Dire unit and has the highest base intelligence in the game. In the game, Dark Seer can play the role of an Initiator, Nukers and Escapers. Vacuum draws a group of enemy units to a specific point and deals damage. Ion Shell can use Dark Seer on himself, enemies and allies. The ability deals damage over time to surrounding enemies, but does not prevent incoming damage to the unit. If the unit is an enemy, it does not itself suffer the damage from Ion Shell. With Surge, Dark Seer can temporarily increase the movement speed of himself or an ally to the maximum movement speed. With his Ultimate ability Wall of Replica, Dark Seer is able to create a wall through which he can duplicate enemy heroes when they touch them. The duplicates created by this are under Dark Seer’s control and have almost the same damage as the original, but cannot use its abilities and take less damage. With Aghanim’s Scepter, the duplicates even receive the same or higher percentage damage as the original.

Dark Seer- Hype

Dark Seer’s abilities are versatile. By creating a vacuum, he can draw enemies into the area of effect of his allies, or use their own strength against them with an illusion-creating barrier.

Dark Seer- Biography

“He is a cunning strategist who knows when to retreat. Ish’Kafel, the Dark Seer, does not need weapons to defeat the enemy, instead relying on the power of his mind. His talent lies in his ability to turn the battle his way. Dark Seer is a stranger, his home lies in a place he calls ‘The Land Beyond the Barrier’ – a warrior from a realm beyond this reality. In times past, he was a great general who served his people and the God-King Damathryx. It was in the last days of the great war for the Border that Dark Seer lost his army to an overwhelming force. Nearing his doom, he made a last, desperate decision: he lured the enemy troops into the passage between the barriers. At the last moment, just before they were caught up, he leapt to the other side – then sealed the barrier forever in a massive blast of dark energy. After the dust settled, he realized that while he had saved his people, he himself was under the sun of an alien world with no hope of return. With the sole purpose of proving his tactical superiority to this strange new world, he has served as a military strategist ever since.”

Heroes (Dota 2)

The heroines and heroes (original: “Heroes”) are the primary playable entities in DotA and Dota 2. In a game, each player takes control of one of the 112 playable heroines and heroes. Each hero and heroine is a character with different attributes, abilities and roles. Each heroine and hero can also be categorized by the default attacks, which happen either in melee or ranged attacks.

Valve plans to develop their own heroines and heroes for Dota 2 after the release of the classic heroines and heroes from DotA Allstars, as Erik Johnson previously announced in a 2014 interview. After the release of Arc Warden in December 2015 and that of Underlord in August 2016, the hero developed exclusively for Dota 2, Monkey King, appeared in winter 2016, although it was at least based on concepts from classic DotA and appeared there as an event boss opponent. The Dueling Fates update announced in August 2017 confirmed the release of two completely redesigned heroes.
