Sergeant Wallcroft is an SAS soldier who, along with Price, Soap, and Gaz, is killed during the events of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and fights alongside during the events of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
Biography
SAS Career (Modern Warfare 3).
Wallcroft was first seen in CoD4: Modern Warfare. He helped Price and Soap and with his colleague Griffen to take over a ship. Later, Griffen joined Wallcroft in the squad. Wallcroft appears in the campaign mission Platform Edge as an SAS Squad leader. Wallcroft is the leader of the operation and is tasked with intercepting trucks carrying an unknown cargo. He secures one truck, but it is only a decoy. He then has to chase a hijacked subway train with a pickup truck through a tunnel. Griffen is killed, but Wallcroft and Burns survive and take out the remaining enemies in a subway station. They then assist other SAS units in ambushing another truck. They were able to stop the truck. Wallcroft tried to contact Baseplate so he could learn where the other trucks were. Baseplate, however, did not get in touch and as a result, trucks filled with poison gas exploded all over London. Wallcroft is known to have survived. In the intro to the next mission he contacts all SAS units that Downing Street is completely contaminated by poison gas.
Trivia
If you skip the ”offensive” content in the mission Caution on the Platform Edge or shoot the truck too many times, it explodes and kills Wallcroft and everyone present, so it’s possible to kill him.
Heroes (Call of Duty)
The Call of Duty series has existed since 2003 and in addition to various spin-offs, including for the handheld systems Nintendo DS and Sony PSP, 14 major titles of the series have now been released. Ever since the first part of the series, great emphasis has been placed on the online multiplayer mode in addition to the single-player campaign, which is also reflected in the development of the shooter series. Since the first Call of Duty, World at War, which was developed exclusively by Treyarch, each part also included cooperative challenges that you could play together with friends. The latest installment, Call of Duty: World War II, also features an extended multiplayer mode that puts you and your friends in the combat zones and famous battles of World War II. Using the divisions, you’ll be able to choose between the deadly sniper and the brute armored division and support your comrades in battle. In addition, World War II also has a zombie mode “Nazi Zombies”, as in its predecessor Call of Duty: Black Ops. Face the monsters of the Third Reich and win glory and honor.
