Victor H. Ramos is a character from Call of Duty: Ghosts. He is one of the few “friends” of Gabriel Rorke.

Erst was born on July 1, 1979 in Argentina. In the mission Day of the Federation, he becomes the target of the Ghosts. After being secured, he is briefly questioned before parts of the house complex are blown up. The player can either shoot him when Rorke disconnects or you leave him behind and he dies because the skyscraper explodes and collapses. His date of death is June 15, 2027.
