Soucy is a character from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. who was briefly stationed in Manhattan, New York, under the command of the Rangers during the Third World War.

In the game, the player meets him in the Black Tuesday mission. He fights together with Grizzly, Thumper and Worm in the Anvil team and support the Metal team.
