Colonel Marshall is a character from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. He commanded the US troops during the Battle of Washington in 2016. After the EMP was detonated, he had Private Vaughan search for all the surviving allied troops and gather them in the White House.

If the American soldiers won the Battle of Washington, it could very well be that Marshall survived.
