Heroes Call of Duty – Bruce HarrisHistory

Bruce Harris is seen in the Mass Destruction mission when he, along with Grigori Weaver, Jason Hudson and Terrance Brooks, infiltrate a Soviet base in 1968. In the process, the four split into two groups, meaning Weaver and Hudson come through the windows while Harris and Brooks use the catwalk.

While escaping the satellite facility, a missile from an RPG-7 hits the bridge the team is carrying, collapsing it. Harris slips and holds on to the last bit of the bridge, where he fights for his life. Though Hudson tries to come to his aid, he is too slow and Harris loses his grip. The two are still looking into each other’s eyes when Harris falls backwards to his icy death.

Info

• In the Wii version, Harris has a black mustache.
• When you turn on subtitles, you notice that Harris doesn’t even have his own dialogue. Even when you shoot him, he doesn’t respond.
• Sometimes Harris dies on impact with the missile and flies out of the screen to the right. When that happens, Hudson still crawls to the edge and looks around, even though there’s nothing left to save.
• In the mail system, you can see that Harris was both husband and father.
• In the emails, you can see that Harris’ wife thought he was going to Paris for work, when in fact he was flying to Russia. This is because the mission had to be kept absolutely secret. She also wrote to him that he didn’t have to climb the Eiffel Tower because of his fear of heights. This is ironic, because first of all, the mountain on which the mission takes place is much higher, and secondly, in the end he falls to his death.
• It is possible to kill the Russian soldier with the rocket launcher before he pulls the trigger, but the rocket still flies off and hits the bridge. This means the death of Harris is unstoppable. The Russian dies automatically anyway when the team flees from the avalanche.

Call of Duty

The Call of Duty series has existed since 2003 and in addition to various spin-offs, including for the handheld systems Nintendo DS and Sony PSP, 14 major titles of the series have now been released. Ever since the first part of the series, great emphasis has been placed on the online multiplayer mode in addition to the single-player campaign, which is also reflected in the development of the shooter series. Since the first Call of Duty, World at War, which was developed exclusively by Treyarch, each part also included cooperative challenges that you could play together with friends. The latest installment, Call of Duty: World War II, also features an extended multiplayer mode that puts you and your friends in the combat zones and famous battles of World War II. Using the divisions, you’ll be able to choose between the deadly sniper and the brute armored division and support your comrades in battle. In addition, World War II also has a zombie mode “Nazi Zombies”, as in its predecessor Call of Duty: Black Ops. Face the monsters of the Third Reich and win glory and honor.
