Terrorist cell of the ultranationalist faction. He seems to be either the second leader or one of Makarov’s closest advisors. Alexi appears in the mission The Fortress. He holds a video conference with Makarov about the whereabouts of Alena Vorshevsky. Shortly after, Price throws a hand grenade into the room where Alexi is, it is likely but not known for sure if he will be killed.
