Shiloh is a temperate rim planet that was initially ignored by the settlers due to its low metal supplies. They instead focused on planets that enabled industry and space trade. It also contains three upgrades for Robotics Facility units: the Gravitic Boosters speed upgrade for Observers, the Gravitic Drive speed upgrade for Warp Prisms, and the Extended Thermal Lance attack range upgrade for the Colossus.
