What is the VBL Open? The VBL Open takes place in – Season s and is a free ingame mode in FIFA 22. You have to play a certain amount of games to get into the VBL Playoffs. This is a “virtual Bundesliga” in which you represent one of the 18 clubs of the Bundesliga. At the end there will be a big final.

What does the FIFA player write? She had participated in the current – Season of the VBL Open, which started on November 2021. She was “totally in the grind” and “wanted to take all the chances”. In the process, she no longer had enough time in December for all the qualifying matches.

So sp9_ebru let her colleague complete the games she couldn’t find time for. This is considered cheating in the tournament – everyone has to play their own games.

Instead of just re-attacking the next month, I made a huge mistake and had a colleague play the last few games. I was totally in a grind – wanted to take all the chances and just wasn’t reflective enough.

Furthermore, she said she wants to stand by the mistake and not keep it a secret and hopes for the continued support of her fans.

Were there any consequences? Önal also shared in the Insta-story that EA Sports became aware of her cheating and banned the player from all VBL competitions in the current – Season .

It is not yet known whether there will be consequences for the 21-year-old on the part of the team “SP9 Esports” and SV Wehen Wiesbaden.

How long does the current – Season go? The final qualifying rounds were held at the end of March 2022. From May 2022, the VBL playoffs will continue, followed by the grand final. The final will take place on June 4 and 5 and there is even money to be won: 100,000 euros.

sp9_ebru, however, has already digested her consequence and not only has to answer for cheating, but also has to do without a possible 100,000 euros.
