Today, February 5th, the new promo event Future Stars starts in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team. In the current loading screen of the FUT mode EA Sports teases three players. Who are they?
In the next two weeks FIFA 21 Ultimate Team will be all about upcoming talents in the world of soccer: The FUT 21 Future Stars are coming. The new loading screen teases the first three players, who could be meant?
Future Stars Teaser: These 3 players are coming!
Since yesterday evening a new loading screen in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team announces the start of the FUT Future Stars. The first three players of the new promo event have already been teased:
On the left, a card with 91 speed and 88 dribbling. In the middle, a player from the Netherlands with 89 OVR, and on the right, a left-back with a defensive rating of 85.
That’s all we know so far. Theoretically at least. But we wouldn’t be EarlyGame if we didn’t investigate here.
Dejan Kulusevski (Piemonte Calcio)
The left player’s stats would fit perfectly with a pimped Future Stars version of Piemonte Calcio winger Dejan Kulusevski. He has 77 OVR on his gold card and would add ten points of speed and dribbling.
Why Kulusevski?
That, in turn, comes from the second loading screen, which revealed the FUT Future Stars map design. There, on the right-hand side, you’ll find coordinates that lead to Stockholm’s Hässelby-Vällingby district. And now guess who exactly was born there? What? Exactly: Dejan Kulusevski!
Ryan Gravenberch (Ajax Amsterdam)
The middle card around an 89 player from the Netherlands is even easier to decipher. This is the midfielder Ryan Gravenberch from Ajax Amsterdam, whose potential in the career mode of FIFA 21 comes to exactly this total.
Brandon Williams (Manchester United)
The third card, on the other hand, is already more difficult. It will be a left defender with a defense value of 85. That’s all we know. However, since the developers include the position, it must be a player that is well received in the community. A shocker that people will talk about.
Manchester United’s Brandon Williams would come into question here, though there are a few other options. An LV from England would fuel FUT pack sales though, so we’re going with Williams in our prediction.
However, it’s also conceivable that it’s Bukayo Saka from Arsenal London, and that would actually be a card that the community would celebrate extremely. Actually based in left midfield, the Englishman can also play in left defense, according to Career Mode.
Saka with a change of position would be exactly the card that the Premier League is still missing in FUT 21 and definitely a conceivable option.
FIFA 22 – FUTs
What could be cooler than just relaxed gaming and doing some sofa sports on the side? In FIFA 22, the player is on the move fast, but without getting sore muscles. With the Ultimate Team Event cards, the collecting instinct is now also satisfied. However, the FUT Heroes keep creeping into my mind, so here are the best Ultimate Team Event cards that are definitely worth adding to your collection.
Heroes cards selected by EA for top qualities
Admittedly, the FUT heroes will cost quite a bit of coin, but it turns out that EA has once again brought some top-class players into the game when it comes to selection. As a collector and hunter, it’s an added attraction for FIFA gamers to now include their own favorite heroes in the portfolio and benefit from their individual skills. Both in the game and in team building, the FUTs will revolutionize the game once again.
EA SPORTS FC: FIFA GAME SERIES TO BE CONTINUED UNDER NEW NAME
Of course, the soccer simulation game series will not be discontinued completely. After FIFA 23, EA will relaunch the game under the name EA Sports FC and market it independently. Old FIFA hares should now become quite an ear, after all, the EA Sports Football Club used to be a part of the actual game for years. A lot of playing was rewarded, points could be collected and items, boosts or balls for the individual game modes could be unlocked.
In this context, there could also be a complete revolution of the classic game. There is a heated discussion in the FIFA community about whether the game, which is expected to be released in the fall of 2023, will be free-to-play. This option is said to be on the table for the game makers from EA, because: It seems that EA earns most of its money with the purchases of FIFA Points in the game mode Ultimate Team and not with the sale of the game itself.
