FUT 21 Freeze caused question marks in the heads of the players after the announcement : This year’s Freeze event replaces the popular FUTmas promo from the previous year. But the new promo in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team has a lot more to offer than it appears at first glance. We’ll tell you which players, cards & SBCs you can expect in FUT 21 Freeze and what the Icon Swaps 1 is all about.

Update: The current FUT Freeze Player SBC

Day 13 of the FUT Freeze promotion features a Bundesliga forward. The Brazilian Joao Victor from VFL Wolfsburg convinces with high pace and dribbling values ​​and also has five stars weak foot . Otherwise, there is not necessarily much that would speak in favor of the attacker. For around 132,000 coins, it’s not exactly cheap. The SBC is hardly worth it.

The FIFA 21 Ultimate Team Freeze event has started. As it turns out, this year’s Christmas promo packs a punch in the popular FUT mode. The maps are based on the Shapeshifters from the previous year’s version.

FUT Freeze: This content is coming

As can now be seen from the updated FIFA 21 loading screen, the content of the new freeze promo in FIFA Ultimate Team is based on that of last year’s FUTmas. However, we can only expect one player SBC per day – so does EA Sports focus on quality rather than quantity?

The FUT Freeze event will probably last 14 days, culminating in the best Squad Building Challenges on December 25th, just in time for Christmas. EA Sports will announce which players are expecting us in the FUT Freeze team on Friday evening. The SBC players will probably be revealed every evening at 7:00 p.m. German time.

FIFA 21 Ultimate Team: Icon Swaps 1 starten

In addition to the new Freeze cards, however, the Icon Swaps 1 also start in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team. While we still don’t know exactly which players are included, it’s at least clear what to expect.

This means that fewer icons are directly available than last year. Additional rewards in the form of packs await in FIFA 21 Ultimate team:

• For 3 tokens you get a pack of 5 players who have at least 85 OVR
• For 8 tokens there is a base icon pack with a random base icon
• For 10 tokens 1 pack beckons, in which there is either a base or mid icon.
