What is this leak? On Tuesday, August 30, a bug apparently occurred that made FIFA 23 available to some players on Xbox.

So some could already play FIFA 23 – pretty much exactly one month before the official release. Read more about the big leak on Xbox here.

In the course of this leak some players got into the Ultimate Team mode of FIFA 23 and started to search for new player values.

So now some ratings for FIFA 23 are already known. And there are obviously some interesting developments.

Who will be the best player in FIFA 23 according to the leak?

How safe are the values? It’s for sure that they are not the values from FIFA 22 but already new ratings. So it’s possible that they will be used in the final game. But it’s not sure if the numbers will be changed before the official release.

These are the ratings: A lot of ratings can already be found online. Among them you can see the ratings of the probably best players in FIFA 23.

As things stand, 5 players will probably share first place with a rating of 91 if you look at the gold cards. The best card is probably cover star Kylian Mbappé – his mix of speed, dribbling and finishing has been lethal lately and should be in FIFA 23 as well.

Then come Benzema, Messi and Lewandowski, three attackers, and De Bruyne in midfield. Remarkable: Cristiano Ronaldo apparently only gets a 90 card and thus his weakest card in years. In addition, Ronaldo and Messi were pulled quite points at the pace. Neymar, meanwhile, seems to have lost his 91 and is even expected to drop to 89.

Following behind are Liverpool FC’s Salah and van Dijk with 90s cards, as well as goalkeepers Courtois and Neuer. Manuel Neuer will probably also become the best Bayern player with his 90 card, as further leaks show.

How do things look in the Bundesliga? FC Bayern should be the undisputed strongest Bundesliga club, if you only look at the values. Kimmich has once again received the 89, plus newcomer Mané with a strong 89, who also has very good values otherwise.

Alphonso Davies should be one of the absolute favorites in the game with his 84 card and 94 pace. Things look a little weaker speed-wise for Sané and Gnabry, who finish below 90. And Leon Goretzka, who was directly part of the Gullit gang last year, no longer has consistent over-80s either.

Still, FC Bayern will be hard to get past in the Bundesliga when it comes to FIFA ratings.

Here are the leaked BVB ratings for comparison. Marco Reus and central defender Niklas Süle have the top position here. Both should be interesting in FIFA 23, but possibly even more exciting is Jude Bellingham: His gold card jumps from 79 to a whole 84.

In the next days many more ratings for FIFA 23 should appear, should the players on Xbox be able to search further. However, that is still open at the moment.
