Hope you made it well into the new year 2022, the new 22 TOTW 16 it is, anyway. Below you can find the 23 players from the new FIFA 22 Team of the Week 16. You can find the corresponding TOTW cards in all FUT packs from Wednesday (January 5, 2021, 19:00) for one week until Wednesday (January 12, 2022, 19:00).

As most leagues have gone on their winter break, we see the effects this week. Most of the players come from the Premier League, including new leader N’Golo Kante of Chelsea FC with his 92 rating. A large gap follows before Celta Vigo’s Iago Aspas and Manchester City’s Phil Foden catch up with 87 points each. Leicester City’s Kasper Schmeichel and FC Barcelona’s Gerard Pique each contribute 86 points, and then comes Atletico Madrid’s Angel Correa with an 85 rating.

There are five players from the Bundesliga this week. Alongside leader Robert Lewandowski, club colleague Dayot Upamecano has also made it with his 86 total. However, Borussia Mönchengladbach’s Yann Sommer ranks ahead of him with 87 points, while 1. FSV Mainz 05’s Silvan Widmer and 1. FC Nürnberg’s Nikola Dovedan bring up the rear with 81 and 75 GES respectively.
