The Weekend League – the goal of all Ultimate Team sweaters. In the new FUT Champions Finals only 20 games separate you from glory and bragging rights. FIFA 22 WL Rewards at TOTS time

Just in time for the Team of the – Season in FUT EA brings new rewards. You can earn TOTS rewards – if you perform well enough.

The new Weekend League rank system for rewards in FIFA 22

Let’s start relaxed with rank X. According to the motto: Set with X, was probably nothing. But honestly, you can get four points even if you don’t have time. For that you only get the following rewards:

  • a Rare Mixed Player Pack
  • a player choice (one of three FUT Champions cards)
  • 500 Champions qualification points

Rank IX can be reached with 12 points, which means you still don’t need a win. But the rewards are a bit better here:

  • a player’s choice (one of three FUT Champions cards)
  • a Jumbo Gold Pack
  • a Prime Gold Player Pack
  • 2,500 coins
  • 500 Champions qualification points

You’ll actually have to make a bit of an effort for rank VIII. Where are we going with this? You’ll only get the 24 points you need with two wins. That should still be possible, right? This is what you get

  • two player choices (one of three cards)
  • one Premium Gold Pack
  • one Jumbo Gold Pack
  • one Mega Pack
  • 5,000 coins
  • 750 Champions qualification points

It’s getting serious, 6 wins means rank VII in the Weekend League. Are your hands already getting wet? Well, as long as you can still open the rewards:

  • two player picks (one out of four cards)
  • one Jumbo Rare Player Pack
  • one Rare Player Pack
  • 10,000 coins
  • 750 Champions Qualification Points

With 45 points you will be ranked VI in the Weekend League. In return, you will receive the following:

  • two player picks (one of four FUT Champions cards)
  • one TOTW Pack (non-exchangeable)
  • one Jumbo Rare Player Pack
  • one Rare Player Pack
  • 25.000 Coins
  • 1.000 Champions Qualification Points

You reach rank V with 51 points. So you can still fail just under half of your games or “lose because of momentum” and still be rewarded! These rewards are available for your 50/50 series:

  • two player choices (one of five cards)
  • one TOTW Pack
  • one Rare Player Pack
  • one Ultimate Pack
  • 40,000 coins
  • 1.000 Champions Qualification Points

But this wouldn’t be the FUT Champions Finals if you didn’t have to perform like a champion. If you manage to win a few more matches, you will get the rewards for rank IV when you reach 60 points:

  • two player picks (one of five cards)
  • one TOTW pack
  • one Jumbo Rare Player Pack
  • one Ultimate Pack
  • 50,000 coins
  • 1,250 champions qualification points

Reaching rank III will be quite difficult. You need at least 16 victories and 67 points. But the sweating is worth it:

  • two player choices (one of five maps)
  • two TOTW packs
  • two Rare Player Packs
  • one Ultimate Pack
  • 75,000 coins
  • 1,250 Champions qualification points

What does sweating for rank 3 mean? To reach rank 2 you need 18 victories. If you can do that, you will not only be one of the best FIFA sweaters, but you will also win a lot of money:

  • 3 player picks (one of five cards)
  • two TOTW packs
  • two Ultimate Packs
  • 100.000 coins
  • 1.250 Champions qualification points

Legends. 19 wins from 20 games, at least 76 points. Just thinking about it… I mean, what do I dream about at night? Apparently only about Rank I rewards:

  • 3 player picks (one out of five players).
  • three TOTW packs
  • one Rare Player Pack
  • two Ultimate Packs
  • 100,000 coins
  • 1,250 Champions qualification points

FIFA 23 WILL BE THE LAST PART OF THE GAME SERIES UNDER THIS NAME

FIFA 23 will be the last part of the game series to be released under the name of the world governing body and in collaboration with EA. For months the rumor mill was bubbling, now all this has been confirmed by the game makers EA in May 2022. The fact is that after almost 30 years of partnership between EA Sports and FIFA, the license agreement between the two parties will expire with the game FIFA 23.

Already with the launch of FIFA 22, revealed the following in a blog post: There exists “the idea to rename our global EA Sports soccer games.” According to speculation, the world governing body FIFA has demanded double the amount for a continuation of the cooperation in new contract negotiations with EA. Exact figures have not been confirmed, but it is said to have been a sum in the billions for a total of ten more years.

So it is not surprising that the partnership of EA and FIFA ends with the upcoming game FIFA 23. In the past months it was to be read again and again that the game developers were to have been anyway increasingly dissatisfied with the partnership. EA is even said to have found FIFA to be a hindrance in the development of the games.
