With the FIFA 22 FUT Birthday Tokens EA Sports has added a new attraction to the annual birthday event of Ultimate Team, where you can earn additional FUT Birthday players and packs as a reward. During the event, you can each solve a new SBC or Objective and receive exchange tokens for it, which you in turn can use at the FUT Birthday Exchange Token Program can redeem them. However, EA Sports hides the tokens very well, so they are not so easy to find. Therefore we show you in our FUT Birthday Token Tracker which exchange tokens are currently available in the game, where you can find them and when you can redeem the tokens and what rewards are available.

From March 4, 2022 (19:00) you can solve daily SBCs and Objectives in FIFA 22 in FUT Ultimate Team to get so called “FUT Birthday Tokens” as a reward. The problem is that the tasks are often only available for a very short period of time (usually 2 days). On top of that, EA usually hides the tokens in other tasks, making them hard to find – sometimes it’s a reward for a segment task, sometimes one of several rewards for an objective.
These are all FUT Birthday Tokens that are supposed to appear in FIFA 22 during the event.
So that you don’t have to search long for the birthday tokens, we will tell you below which tokens are currently available in FIFA 22 and in which tasks they are, which tokens are still to come and which ones have already expired.

FIFA 22 FUT Birthday exchange program and FUT Birthday token explained
For the first time in the history of the Ultimate Team game mode’s birthday event, EA Sports is not only bringing lots of FUT Birthday players into the game in packs (via teams and mini-releases) or SBCs and Objectives, but also introducing a “FUT Birthday Token Exchange Program” where you can “earn” various rewards using exchange tokens. This will make the event much more interesting for players, as it has already been shown that the token swaps were very well received by the community during the Future Stars.
The FUT Birthday swap program works like it did before with the mentioned Future Stars or the new Icon Swaps 2. Means: Starting on March 04, 2022, you can solve a new SBC or objective in FUT Ultimate Team every day and get a so-called “FUT Birthday Token” as a reward. The tokens in turn act as currency in the exchange program, where you can exchange them for various FUT Birthday players and card packs from March 11, 2022.
In total there will be 24 FUT Birthday Tokens in FIFA 22: You can pick up the first token for free in the FUT Shop, another 23 tokens will be available via SBCs and Objectives.
