At the start of a new career the teams always have a prescribed transfer budget. The budget is based on reality – at least that’s the idea behind it. But you will see an example soon, where EA has miscalculated a bit.
So: The richer the club is in reality, the more money it has in the FIFA 22 career. And who would have thought it? The richest teams can be found in the Premier League, of course. The sheikh club Paris Saint-Germain is also at the top. Maybe Newcastle United will join them soon? The Magpies still start with about € 33 million. This will probably change in FIFA 23 at the latest.

FIFA 22 Career Mode: Why does Hertha have 70 Mio?
As you probably already noticed, some clubs have a rather unrealistically high transfer budget. First of all FC Barcelona is ordered too much money in FIFA 22. As we all know, the Catalans couldn’t pay the contract of their ex-superstar Lionel Messi. So the 130 million euro budget seems somehow out of place. But at the end of the day, it’s just a game, right? Would be kind of cool if Barca had to start with about 70 million – and you had to rehabilitate the Catalans under heavy financial constraints.
In case you’re wondering why Hertha BSC can spend almost 72 million euros: The capital club has been supported by investor Lars Windhorst for several years. According to his own statement, the entrepreneur has invested a sum of 374 million euros in the club since 2019.
FIFA 23 RELEASE – WHAT IS KNOWN SO FAR
FIFA 22 is still in full operation, but in the background the game makers of EA Sports are already working on the next part – FIFA 23 will be released in autumn 2022.
But under which name will the classic game be continued in autumn 2022? As things stand, it is not at all certain that the game will continue to bear the name of the world association FIFA. WHEN WILL FIFA 23 BE RELEASED?
We can’t give you an official launch date for the next part of the FIFA game series yet. EA hasn’t communicated much in this regard yet, so so far we can only assume that FIFA 23 will be released in the period between mid-September and early October 2022, just like its predecessors. In the past years, the latest launch date of a FIFA game was October 06.
