FIFA 22: All skill moves – this is how you dribble out everybody

As EA has already announced, a lot will change in the new  22 . With the revised animations, the movements in the game will be much smoother. Sounds nice. But that also means: Skill moves and tricks are more important than ever before! We give you an overview of all the tricks in FIFA 22 – and show you which of them you use to shave properly!

In football, the team with the most goals wins – truism. It’s no different in FIFA, of course. Sure, you can get by without tricks. Stand low, wait, long ball – goal. Good old Simeone has his charm after all.

But if you want to venture beyond the Atletico Classics tactics, you should get to grips with the (new) Skill Moves as soon as possible. FIFA 22 should change the gameplay fundamentally, the movements should be even more realistic. Reason enough for us to dig deep into our bag of tricks and show you the quickest way to becoming a controller Ronaldinho.

How to dribble in FIFA 22?

Tricks not only make your opponents look old, sometimes you also use them to create promising situations. You have no plan of any skill moves or tricks? No problem, you can easily do the moves without a skill. Most of the tricks are actually quite simple, which is why you shouldn’t have any difficulties as a newcomer. Just do it like Leroy Sané: dribble, hook, lose the ball. But next time it will definitely work!

But watch out: Not every player can perform every trick! The indicator for this are the stars for special moves. For example, Neymar has the highest rating (5 stars) and can therefore perform all special moves. However, every field player has at least two stars.

Neu in FIFA 22: First Time Skill Moves

Another reason to start tricking now is the First Time Skill Moves . The introduction of the new feature turns the world of Skill Moves upside down. Tricks are now also possible directly when accepting the ball – previously this was only the case when feigning a shot.

Unfortunately, we still don’t have any precise information about which tricks will be affected or newly introduced for it. But it will certainly be worth trying out the feature. We stay on the ball and keep you up to date here!

Neue Skill Moves in FIFA 22

In addition to the First Time Skill Moves , EA brings a bit of momentum to the old trick list. With the First Time Spin, Four Touch Skill, Scoop Turn Fake and the Skill Bridge, we get four new special moves for FIFA 22. We can’t yet estimate what the movements will look like in the end or – much more importantly – whether they will do anything at all. EA didn’t even want to tell us the required skill stars. But here, too, we will quickly feed you with new information if there is something new to know!

These were the best tricks in FIFA 21

As is often the case, the meta changes from game to game. Still, it certainly doesn’t hurt to look back at the best tricks in FIFA 21. These include, for example, the Scoop Turn or the legendary Elastico – but both require a 5-star player. The commands for ‘La Croqueta’ are better written behind your ears. As of some FIFA editions, the trick is pretty OP and can be performed even with 4 star players. It remains to be seen whether this will also be the case in FIFA 22. Every year, some tricks are weakened, while others are made stronger. Anyway, here is a list of top 5 tricks in FIFA 21.

These tricks have been modified

EA has made changes to some tricks that were already present in the last editions. Reverse Elastico, Elastico, Roulette, Scoop Turn and La Croqueta can no longer be canceled in FIFA 22. However, the step-over, drag bag spin and four touch turn can now be canceled during execution.

The directional Nutmeg and also the bridge should get a slower execution. It remains to be seen to what extent this will affect the effectiveness of the tricks.

FIFA 22 – FUTs

What could be cooler than just relaxed and doing some sofa sports on the side? In FIFA 22, the player is on the move fast, but without getting sore muscles. With the Ultimate Team cards, the collecting instinct is now also satisfied. However, the FUT Heroes keep creeping into my mind, so here are the best Ultimate Team Event cards that are definitely worth adding to your collection.

Heroes cards selected by EA for top qualities

Admittedly, the FUT heroes will cost quite a bit of coin, but it turns out that EA has once again brought some top-class players into the game when it comes to selection. As a collector and hunter, it’s an added attraction for FIFA gamers to now include their own favorite heroes in the portfolio and benefit from their individual skills. Both in the game and in team building, the FUTs will revolutionize the game once again.

EA SPORTS FC: FIFA GAME SERIES TO BE CONTINUED UNDER NEW NAME

Of course, the soccer simulation game series will not be discontinued completely. After FIFA 23, EA will relaunch the game under the name EA Sports FC and market it independently. Old FIFA hares should now become quite an ear, after all, the EA Sports Football Club used to be a part of the actual game for years. A lot of playing was rewarded, points could be collected and items, boosts or balls for the individual game modes could be unlocked.

In this context, there could also be a complete revolution of the classic game. There is a heated discussion in the FIFA community about whether the game, which is expected to be released in the fall of 2023, will be free-to-play. This option is said to be on the table for the game makers from EA, because: It seems that EA earns most of its money with the purchases of FIFA Points in the game mode Ultimate Team and not with the sale of the game itself.
