FIFA 22: All skill moves – how to dribble out all of them

s EA has already announced, there will be some changes in the new 22. With the revised animations, the movements in the game will be much smoother. Sounds good. But that also means: Skill moves and tricks are more important than ever! We give you an overview of all the tricks in FIFA 22 – and show you which of them you can really shave with!

In soccer, the team that scores the most goals wins – a truism. In FIFA it’s no different, of course. Sure, you can do without tricks. Stand deep, wait, long ball – goal. Good old Simeone has his charm after all.

FIFA 22 ratings: This is how hard PSG will shave – Messi, Neymar & Mbappé.

FIFA 22 ratings: This is how strong Juventus will be
If you want to venture beyond the tactics of Atletico Classics, you should get to grips with the (new) skill moves as soon as possible. FIFA 22 is supposed to change the gameplay fundamentally, the movements are supposed to become even more realistic. Reason enough for us to dig deep into the bag of tricks and show you the fastest way to the controller Ronaldinho.

How to dribble in FIFA 22?

With tricks you not only make your opponents look old, sometimes you create promising situations with them. You have no idea about any skill moves or tricks? No problem, you can perform the moves even without skill. Most of the tricks are actually quite simple, which is why you shouldn’t have any difficulties as a newbie. Just do it like Leroy Sané: dribble, hook, lose the ball. But next time it will definitely work out!

But watch out: Not every player can perform every trick! The indicator for this are the stars for special moves. Neymar, for example, has the highest rating (5 stars) and can therefore perform all special moves. But every field player has at least two stars.

New in FIFA 22: Skill Moves for the first time
Another reason to start playing tricks now is Skill Moves for the first time. With the introduction of the new feature, the world of skill moves is turned upside down. Tricks are now possible directly when receiving the ball – previously this was only the case when faking a shot.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any exact information yet about which tricks are affected or newly introduced. However, it is definitely worth trying out the feature. We stay on the ball and keep you up to date here!

New skill moves in FIFA 22
In addition to the First Time Skill Moves, EA brings a bit of momentum to the old trick list. With the First Time Spin, Four Touch Skill, Scoop Turn Fake and the Skill Bridge we get four new special moves for FIFA 22. How the moves will look like in the end and – more important – if they will do anything at all, we can’t estimate yet. EA didn’t even want to tell us the needed skill stars. But again, we will quickly provide you with new information when there is something new to know!

These were the best tricks in FIFA 21
As so often, the meta changes from game to game. Nevertheless it can’t hurt to look back on the best tricks in FIFA 21. Among them are for example the Scoop Turn or the legendary Elastico – but for both you need a 5-star player. The commands for ‘La Croqueta’ you should better write down behind your ears. From some FIFA editions onwards, the trick is quite OP and can also be performed with 4-star players. It remains to be seen if this will be the case in FIFA 22 as well. Every year some tricks are toned down while others are made stronger. Anyway, here is a list of the 5 best tricks in FIFA 21.

These tricks have been changed
EA has changed some tricks that were already present in previous editions. Reverse Elastico, Elastico, Roulette, Scoop Turn and La Croqueta could be.
