FIFA 22: All iconic moments in FUT released!

Moments icon cards show the legends in the most important moments of their career – so they are always right OP in Ultimate Team. Now each of the most powerful icon versions in 22!

Oh yes, the legends of soccer…. and I’m not even talking about Ronaldo or Messi. In FIFA, they’re well known as icons. They are nice and white, can be linked to any player and are just fun to play with. Three icon versions already exist in FIFA 22: Base, Mid and Prime.

Now a fourth one joins them, the ultimate and strongest form of legends: Icon Moments! Because as we all know, all good things come in…. four.

FIFA Ultimate Team – What are Moments Icons?

Do you need me to repeat myself again? The ultimate and most powerful form of icons! Pelé for example, his previous versions have a rating of 91/95/98… that’s okay of course, LoL, but his Icon Moments card even has a 99. I don’t think I have to explain to anyone that this is of course mega rad.

By the way, each of the 105 icons in FIFA 22 gets a strong Moments version – we are especially excited about the newcomers like Rooney or Casillas!

When will the Moments Icons be available in FIFA 22?

On Friday, March 4 officially came three Moments variants of Ronaldo, Zinedine Zidane and Ferenc Puskas. One day later came already the first big selection of Icon Moments for Ultimate Team. Finally, on March 12, the remaining Prime Icon Moments came to FUT – one day after the second team of the FUT Birthday !

In FIFA, it’s been common for a few years that icons are released in Ultimate Team in a staggered fashion. At the beginning only Base and Mid are available, at some point the Prime variants appear and now the Moments can be found in FIFA 22. The first ones were already waiting in Icon Swaps 2 as Rewards.

Prime Icon Moments Team 2 – Release 12. March 2022
Here they are, the remaining 52 Icon Moments which were not released in FIFA 22 before. That went now nevertheless everything blow on blow, it was already years, there EA Sports between the individual releases a little more time left itself. Well, at least they have posted a cool overview on Twitter again:

Probably doesn’t need to be said, but. what. awesome. Cards! Maradona, Ronaldinho, Cruyff, Gullit and co. are not only extremely strong, but also priceless for the average FIFA player. Even with trading and the weak transfer market in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, it’s hard to get your hands on the legends.

Prime Icon Moments Team 1 – Release 05 March 2022.
EA Sports released a total of 53 icons in one go on March 5. So it looks strongly that the Icon Moments will be brought into the game twice in FIFA 22. When the remaining 52 icons will show up in Ultimate is currently unknown. EA has created a nice overview on Twitter, which icons are already at the start:

FIFA 22 Icon Moments

There are already some bangers at the start.
Boy, some icon moments already make our mouths water. 99 Pele, 97 Zidane, 94 Eusébio… these cards will dominate the FIFA 22 meta – if you can afford them.

If you still want to keep track of which icons don’t have a Moments version in FIFA 22 yet, don’t worry. We’ve listed all 105 icons in the game with a total of four different ratings.

Which ratings do Moments icons have?

But that’s not all. If you look at the FIFA clock, the year is pretty much over – seriously, everyone’s already out for , right?

FIFA 23 RELEASE – WHAT IS KNOWN SO FAR

FIFA 22 is still in full operation, but in the background the game makers of EA Sports are already working on the next part – FIFA 23 will be released in autumn 2022.
But under which name will the classic game be continued in autumn 2022? As things stand, it is not at all certain that the game will continue to bear the name of the world association FIFA. We have the most important information about FIFA 23 for you, why the game series will get a new name and on which consoles the next part of the soccer simulation will be available.

WHEN WILL FIFA 23 BE RELEASED?

We can’t give you an launch date for the next part of the FIFA game series yet. EA hasn’t communicated much in this regard yet, so so far we can only assume that FIFA 23 will be released in the period between mid-September and early October 2022, just like its predecessors. In the past years, the latest launch date of a FIFA game was October 06.
