Icon Swaps 2 will start in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team on February 19th. The release has now been confirmed – we have all the information and details about the FUT event.
It is still unclear whether the FUT 21 Winter Refresh will start on February 19th. What we do know, however, is that the popular FUT Icon Swaps are already entering the second round tonight . We’ll tell you everything you need to know about Icon Swaps 2 .

Launched Icon Swaps 2
Unlike the Winter Refresh event , the Icon Swaps 2 actually launched over the weekend.
These icons are included: A total of 6 FUT Icons are available this time, three of which are already available in the brand new Icon Moments variant (the highest possible icon card in FIFA 21).

- Emilio Butragueno (87 OVR) – 15 Tokens
- Laurant Blanc (89 OVR) – 13 Tokens
- Marc Overmars (91 OVR) – 11 Token
- Ashley Cole (89 OVR) – 9 Token
- Deco (91 OVR) – 7 Token
In addition to the icon cards, you can also invest your tokens in card packs and, with a little (very) lucky, get even better players.
- 2 tokens for the 81+ x25 pack
- 3 tokens for an 82+ x25 pack
- 5 tokens for 83+ x25 packs
- 8 tokens for basic icon pack
- 9 tokens for mid icon pack
- 10 tokens for Mid or Prime icon pack
- 12 tokens for a Prime icon pack

- 16 tokens for Prime or Prime Moments icon pack
The first tasks and goals for Icon Swaps 2 will run until March 26th . You can currently get a maximum of 15 tokens , the others will follow with the second part of the event at a later date .
Icon Swaps 2: What is it?
The first batch of FUT Icon Swaps started as part of the FUT Freeze event , and Icon Swaps 2 will start on February 19th .
Here you have the opportunity to unlock some selected FUT Icons by completing certain tasks . Each icon card in the Icon Swaps costs a certain number of so-called Player Tokens .
Completing various in-game challenges rewards you with tokens. You will need these in turn to secure the coveted FIFA 21 icon cards. The stronger the corresponding legend, the more player tokens are required.
You can fulfill the tasks in the friendly game mode and within the Squad Battles . You also have the option of investing tokens in card packs and thus securing players who are not actually part of Icon Swaps 2.
When does Icon Swaps 2 start?
As can now be seen from the FIFA 21 Ultimate Team loading screen, the Icon Swaps 2 will begin on February 19 at 7:00 p.m. German time.
Which icons are there?
The list of players that you can unlock as part of Icon Swaps 2 is not yet known. There are no Icon Swaps 2 leaks either , so we have to be surprised.
What about the Icon Moments cards?
The fourth and strongest variant of the FUT 21 Icons , the so-called Prime Icon Moments cards , were leaked during the week, at least in terms of the pictures . You will find your way in FIFA 21 shortly.
EA Sports has not yet revealed whether the Icon Moments cards will be available at the start of Icon Swaps 2 or will appear as part of the FUT Winter Refresh.

EA SPORTS FC: FIFA GAME SERIES TO BE CONTINUED UNDER NEW NAME
Of course, the soccer simulation game series will not be discontinued completely. After FIFA 23, EA will relaunch the game under the name EA Sports FC and market it independently. Old FIFA hares should now become quite an ear, after all, the EA Sports Football Club used to be a part of the actual game for years.
