EA Sports has released Team of the Week 5 (TOTW 5) for the FIFA 21 Ultimate Team mode. But the current selection is once again a real disappointment. Is this really happening again?

FIFA 21 TOTW 5 now available
Ah EA Sports, TOTW 5 would have had so much potential. But pretty much all predictions about the current team of the week should not come true in the end. Since Wednesday evening the fifth team of the week is available, but almost nobody would have needed the inform cards in the form.
At least: Joshua Kimmich of FC Bayern München can be happy about his first special card of the – Season and now comes to 89 OVR. Borussia Dortmund’s Raphael Guerreiro (86 OVR) and VFL Wolfsburg’s Maximilian Arnold (82 OVR) are also in the mix.
Also of interest is Brazilian Paulinho (85 OVR) with a strong ZM card, bringing the strong-link to rulebreakers Anderson Talisca, while players from a Premier League team should be pleased with the inform card of Joe Gomez (85 OVR). But other than that? Phew, oh well.

FIFA 23 WILL BE THE LAST PART OF THE GAME SERIES UNDER THIS NAME
FIFA 23 will be the last part of the game series to be released under the name of the world governing body and in collaboration with EA. For months the rumor mill was bubbling, now all this has been confirmed by the game makers EA in May 2022. The fact is that after almost 30 years of partnership between EA Sports and FIFA, the license agreement between the two parties will expire with the game FIFA 23.
Already with the launch of FIFA 22, Electronic Arts revealed the following in a blog post: There exists “the idea to rename our global EA Sports soccer games.” According to speculation, the world governing body FIFA has demanded double the amount for a continuation of the cooperation in new contract negotiations with EA.
