The world famous British SAS unit was founded during WWII by a man named David Stirling. Their duties during WWII included gathering intelligence behind enemy lines, conducting acts of sabotage, and attacking key targets.

The Special Air Service is a British anti -terrorist unit formed from Counter-Strike , Counter-Strike: Condition Zero , Counter-Strike: Source and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive . The unit is one of the four classic counter-terrorist units in the series and appears in all official offshoots.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO) is a sequel to the popular game Half-Life: Counter-Strike, which was released in 1999. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive was released on August 21, 2012.
