Group 935 was an international scientific investigation group involved in the creation of wonder weapons. Their main factory was located near Breslau in Poland and was called ” Der Riese “, but there were also many more factories around the world.

Group 935 used Element 115 to create many wonder weapons including the Ray Cannon, Wunderwaffe DG-2, Monkey Bomb, Scavenger, 31-79 JGb215, QED, and the Wave Cannon. Experiments on living and dead bodies created zombies and hellhounds. The group also invented the electroshock traps, the Perk-a-Cola machines, the Pack-a-Punch machine, and the teleporters.

dr Maxis seemed fascinated by Element 115 and used it to work on the teleporters in The Giant. In the series of experiments that were carried out on the teleporters together with his assistant Edward Richtofen, most failed. One of the greatest goals of Dr. Maxis was the capture of Area 51 in Nevada because there was a large amount of Element 115 stored there.

When Richtofen managed to teleport a walnut from one place to another, Maxis seems unimpressed and shows little interest in the find. Maxis ran out of funds, so he was forced to cooperate with the rising Nazi party. However, this was not interested in the teleporter but in the miracle weapon DG-2, whose greatest hope lay in this weapon.

Maxis used Element 115 to create the Wunderwaffe DG-2. The weapon was intended to be mass-produced and help the Nazis win World War II. However, few prototypes were made and there is a Wunderwaffe DG-2 on Shi No Numa, one on Der Riese, and one as a power-up on Call of the Dead. Little did Maxis know about the coveted item and that Element 115 works better on dead bodies than on living ones, creating zombies. Most likely, Group 935 was also responsible for the big breakout in Mad. The group’s logo consists of a hand reaching for an atom and in the center is 935.

Two field directives issued to the members of Group 935 can be found. One of them is listed here:

Dedicating your life to groups nine three five is absolute. In your lockers, you will find a field instruction that will help you should our manifesto be shaken. We cannot allow this power to fall into the wrong hands and so you must consider the field instruction in your new Bible. Make your preparations now, a new era is beginning for mankind.”

Maxis and Richtofen tussled, and so Richtofen worked alone on the teleporters, but in secret. together with dr Schuster, he worked on the teleporters. Richtofen was the first person ever to teleport and, funnily enough, managed to reach the moon. There, amazed that he can breathe, he saw the huge black pyramid whose origins he was unaware of. Eventually touching the pyramid drove him insane and heard voices. He was teleported again and found himself in Shangri-La. There he was initially held prisoner by the residents.

However, these turned out to be very primitive and so it was very easy for Richtofen to gain control over the inhabitants. They admired him and worshiped him as a god. Richtofen, back with the group, now has a plan to get Maxis out of the way. At a meeting of the 935, he announced that Maxis would no longer be the head and that Richtofen would now take over.

Richtofen was able to get the group to set up a base on the moon, which they then named Griffith Station. There they got enough Element 115.

Maxis was eventually lured into a room by Richtofen, along with his daughter and a mutated version of his dog. Shocked, Maxis has to admit that he was betrayed. When Maxis arrives at Moon Base, Dr. Schuster and is eagerly awaiting Maxis. This takes him to the pyramid. Many of Richtofen’s followers are there, demanding that Maxis force his daughter Samantha to come out of the pyramid. Apparently, she got in there somehow and possesses its power. Full of anger, Maxis demands that his daughter kill all the men around him. However, Maxis is immediately shot by one of the men and dies. Samantha goes insane with rage and unleashes all the zombies everywhere.

In Dead Man’s Theater, you can find three rolls of film in the random rooms and then slide them into the projector. Each shows a different movie with audio tracks. Two radios can also be found. The reels and radios slowly describe how the development of the zombies went. If you look closely, you can see the Group 935 logo on the wheels.

Call of Duty
