Aspect Wraps of the High Plans is a cosmetic item for Juggernaut from Dota 2. Juggernaut can equip the cosmetic item on the ‘Arms’ item. The item appeared as part of the Traveler on the High Plains set with a patch on May 31, 2012. The item had previously been created by Valve.
