“Belt; When the Red Mist engulfed the Thousand Pools, the lakes turned red with the blood of the fallen. Many demons who claimed to be lawgivers and priests of this doomed civilization were destroyed, and their blood mingled with the blood of the mortals they had once led.” – Description
Demon Blood Guard is a cosmetic item from Dota 2 that Axe can wear on the ‘Belt’ position. It belongs to the “Forged in Demons’ Blood” set.
The item was added to the game with an update from May 31, 2012.
Function
The Demon Blood Guard gives Axe a dark red armor piece for the lower part of his body. Once the complete set is put on, he wears the full armor, which gives him a special animation during his Counter Helix ability: when he attacks, he briefly jumps into the air. Otherwise, the items only have a visual use.
Obtaining
You can find the item by buying it in the Dota 2 Shop or randomly finding it after completing a multiplayer game in Dota 2.

Dota 2
Dota 2 is – unlike other big MOBA titles like League of Legends – free to play with all heroes. However, game items can be purchased in the Dota 2 store, but all of them have no effect on the gameplay. Only cosmetic items like different skins for the heroes can be purchased. Just like in Team Fortress 2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Portal 2, it is possible to create your own content via the Steam Workshop.
Dota 2 is a multiplayer online battle arena title from Valve. The successor to the extremely popular Warcraft 3 modification DotA (Defense of the Ancients), Dota 2 was the company’s first strategy game and was released on the download platform Steam on July 9, 2013. The game is a free-to-play title that can be played completely free of charge and is financed through in-game microtransactions, similar to Team Fortress 2.
