The Lt. Squawkins Sailboat Upgrade is a cosmetic item from Dota 2 that allows you to unlock another style for Lt. Squawkins, replacing the default courier. It appeared with the Overstuffed Compendium update.
Function
If you activate the Lt. Squawkins Sailboat Upgrade, you can unlock another style for Lieutenant Squawkins. This will turn his feathers red and make him move around in a sailboat once you’ve acquired the Flying Courier.
Obtaining
The Lt. Squawkins Sailboat Upgrade was distributed with its release to all owners of The International Compendium 2014 in Rare Quality who had reached level 41 with it. However, unlike the weather effects that appeared with the Overfull Compendium update, the item can be traded on the Steam Community Market.
