Every FUT player knows it: if you want to have a great FUT team, you need a lot of coins. FIFA points can be bought en masse with real money. We’ll tell you why you shouldn’t do that.
If you put too much money into FIFA, you are simply lost.
We all know it. The annual procedure and tussle for the best team in FUT. To get a badass team with strong meta players, you need coins – and lots of them.
We’ve already rounded up all the ways and means you can earn coins fast in Ultimate Team. And as you probably know, the fastest way to buy FIFA points with money is to open FUT packs until your fingers bleed.
The biggest problem, aside from having to start over every year, is addiction. And it sucks you in faster than you think.
Here’s why you shouldn’t buy FIFA points
Let’s take a Reddit post about FIFA 22 as an example. One user explains that he has already spent a lot of money to push his FUT team:
Don’t buy packs! Just don’t do it, people. It’s not worth it. I have an addiction problem with this kind of stuff. Lootboxes, packs, skins, etc. I spent 2000€ on Fifa packs and the best I pulled was Rulebreaker Foden and the second best was De Bruyne. Yes I got a lot of coins from it and can afford some other players but for what? For a game that will be replaced by Fifa 23 after a year. I spent 2000€ to play mostly Squad Battles because it kills me online. That’s a lot of money for me.
Obviously someone is writing here who has gotten sucked into the Loot Box system. It’s a game of chance – nothing else. Of course it’s fine to get 4600 FIFA points at the beginning to get you started.
Of course it’s fine if you want more points for your birthday or Christmas and treat yourself to cool packs – no problem. We just want to let you know that EA makes more than enough money without you. Especially in Ultimate Team. And that you should be careful how much real money you spend – you’ll lose track of it faster than you think.
FIFA 23 RELEASE – WHAT IS KNOWN SO FAR
FIFA 22 is still in full operation, but in the background the game makers of EA Sports are already working on the next part – FIFA 23 will be released in autumn 2022.
But under which name will the classic game be continued in autumn 2022? As things stand, it is not at all certain that the game will continue to bear the name of the world association FIFA. We have the most important information about FIFA 23 for you, why the game series will get a new name and on which consoles the next part of the soccer simulation will be available.
WHEN WILL FIFA 23 BE RELEASED?
We can’t give you an official launch date for the next part of the FIFA game series yet. EA hasn’t communicated much in this regard yet, so so far we can only assume that FIFA 23 will be released in the period between mid-September and early October 2022, just like its predecessors. In the past years, the latest launch date of a FIFA game was October 06.
