Dead character returns just like that(spoiler)

An NPC on the beta server of WoW : Dragonflight is currently causing a lot of discussion. This character has already died in Legion and is now returning to the Dragon Isles. Players have seen this character die live. The question is: Is this intentional or is it a gross mistake?

With WoW: Shadowlands, the developers have sent our heroes on a very special adventure. For the first time, we were allowed to see what the afterlife of Azeroth looks like. Bastion, the Maw and the other areas were more or less heaven/hell, or perhaps rather the purgatory of all living creatures in WoW. We got acquainted with characters who died on Azeroth and accompanied them in their transition to the next level of the afterlife.

Bringing a dead character from the Shadowlands back to life just like that, or guiding them through the portal in Oribos to Orgrimmar or Stormwind, respectively, was not possible, however. The other way around, the Shadowlands did not become a tourist attraction for living inhabitants of Azeroth. With the following character, however, Blizzard either made a mistake … or we can now simply bring characters from the Shadowlands back to Azeroth.

Watch out, we’re about to show you a Dragonflight spoiler you might want to avoid.

In WoW (buy now ) In Legion, we meet Margaux, a wine merchant in Suramar, who wants to help us fight Elisande. However, during the Nightborn wine production quest, she is executed by Elisande and her henchmen. The player is live at her demise. Later, we even get a quest Revenge for Margaux, where we are supposed to avenge her death by defeating eight vineyard guards.

However, as redditor Allifeur notes on the WoW Reddit forum, Margaux is alive and kicking in WoW: Dragonflight as a cook in the new capital city of Valdrakken. When approached, she says nothing about her death or afterlife. Did the developers make a mistake here? Why are they bringing back a character whose death from WoW: Legion is the subject of several quests?

WoW : Restart servers have first level 70 character

It took 27 hours and 26 minutes, then the first restart server of WotLK Classic had the first level-70 character!

That’s got to be a gross blunder already. Or can we now bring dead characters back to life from the Shadowlands just like that after all? That too is rather unlikely. From a purely lore perspective, it is canon that the rift between the Shadowlands and Azeroth closes over Icecrown Citadel after defeating the Dungeon Master. In the community, people joke that Margaux may be a dreadlord who just wants to cook. What do you guys think of this curiosity? Did a developer really just mistakenly bring Margaux back to life, or is there more to it? We are curious about your opinion in the comments.
