The Grave Digger is a weapon in the Fortnite Save the World campaign . It is one of the game’s assault rifles and requires medium ammo. Its high damage and impact are offset by poor accuracy and rate of fire. It first appeared in-game for a limited time during the Fortnite: Nightmares event in 2017. It was added again in 2018 during the same event.

Players don’t need to have a shema or materials to make a pickaxe and use it, as all players in Save the World and Battle Royale start with one.
