Battle Dress of the Proven is a seven-piece item set complete with a loading screen for Centaur Warrunner from Dota 2. It was released on January 27, 2016, as part of the exclusive Game Pass – Winter 2016, having previously been submitted to the Steam Workshop.

Function

As with all item sets from Dota 2, the items from Battle Dress of the Proven have only a decorative use and no other effect on the game. However, the set could be exchanged for 500 points for the Game Pass – Winter 2016. Included in the package, in addition to the set, is a matching loading screen. The Axe of the Proven item could be upgraded with an aura effect using an upgrade essence, which gives the ax a reddish glow.
