The Announcer: Lina is an announcer from Dota 2 that can be used by all heroes in the game.
The announcer was added to the game with the Wraith Night update. It is part of the Lina announcer pack.
Function
The Lina Announcer replaces the standard announcer’s comments with sayings of the Dota 2 heroine Lina. She comments on the game according to her character.
Like all announcers, the Announcer: Lina can be shared with teammates in a multiplayer game via the “Shared Content” tab.
Obtaining
You can buy the Announcer: Lina in the Dota 2 Shop or get it through random finds. It is also available as part of the Lina Announcer package, so it can be purchased together with the Announcer Mega Kills: Lina.

December 12, 2013 (Wraith Night update): Announcer: Lina was added to the game.
Trivia
Jen Taylor, the voice actress of Lina, also voices the three other heroines Windranger, Puck and Medusa in Dota 2, as well as the survivor Zoey from the Left 4 Dead series.
