What things will be fixed soon? With the small update now came the first swing with changes after the holidays into the game.

Additionally, the developers addressed more things and updated their Trello board (via trello.com). On the board, the Warzone makers collect bugs they are working on. Included are, among others:

Players disappointed with the first update 2022

How is the patch received by players? There are many dissatisfied comments under the tweet about the patch. After the long update break, expectations were higher in some places. The last update came on December 19.

  • @jakeheasman on Twitter On the patch scope: “Cool, so you guys solved 1 out of 100 issues people are currently worried about.”
  • @intheboombox on Twitter on the shot sale change: “You guys have lost touch with the players, […] If you make the shot sale last even longer. It shouldn’t start in every match and it definitely shouldn’t run as long as it has been running. And now you want it to run even longer?”
  • @Sarang_srv on Twitter On Warzone stability: “I couldn’t start the game for 10 days now.”

You can also read about problems with Modern Warfare’s multiplayer more often. Occasionally, however, players simply wish the developers a happy new year.

The list of problems in Warzone is long and the developers continue to work on solutions. However, the current state is a big annoyance for many players and the hope for more updates in the coming days is palpable.

On the cheater front, there has been some movement in the game. Recently it became known that Activision is suing a major cheat provider from Germany – EngineOwning.
