As of today, it will be possible to earn a re-entry for your entire squad in Call of Duty: Warzone – via a new contract. We explain what this is all about.

In addition to the popular mode “Shoot the Ship”, a new weapon or new options for individual weapon blueprints comes a new feature specifically for Warzone – a new contract type, and with it also a very valuable reward for Battle Royale.

Update 29 April – 10:00: The patch is online and the new contracts in the game. Here are the patch notes of Update 1.20.

This is what the ultimate reward is all about: Up to now, you could earn money and equipment in Warzone with missions or get valuable reconnaissance data on the further course of the gas circle ahead of time.

After the new update on April 28, there will now be another contract type that you can accept during the course of a Warzone match – Most Wanted. With this, it will be possible to earn a re-entry, a so-called redeployment, for your entire squad.

This will secure you an important advantage in combat and is basically a kind of life insurance. Previously, self-redeployments could only be purchased by individual squad members. In addition, re-entries for fallen squad members can be purchased for credits – but again, only for individual squad members. With this new reward, you can apparently bring the entire team back into the fight in one fell swoop.

Details on the exact function and application (whether specifically triggerable or automatically upon the death of the last standing squad member) are still pending, however.

This is how the new “Most Wanted” contract works: This new Contract, like the previous Contract types, can be found in the game world. However, the valuable reward that the new Contract brings with it is not given for free.

If you accept it, you will make yourself a bounty target for all teams in Verdansk, that is, in the warzone. To get the ultimate reward, you then have to survive a certain amount of time while the bounty is active. So you are on the run and fighting for your life.

If you manage to survive, you earn re-entry for your team – whether you’re in trios or quads. But you can also earn this new reward as a solo player.
