With the mid– Season update of – Season 4, Call of Duty: Vanguard now features the new Vargo-S assault rifle. In the following we will tell you which attachments are the best and which setups you should play.
The default values from the Vargo-S
Important: Before we start with the values from the Vargo-S, you need to know that the data is the weapon without attachments. So it is the default values of the weapon.
Damage and rate of fire
The Vargo-S distributes as follows the Damage points:
- Torso damage: 33 Or 25, depending on the distance.
- Limb damage: 31 Or 24, depending on the distance.
- 4 – 5 shots for a kill
- A Head hit Causes 46-35 damage. You only need to land one head hit to lower the required number of volleys for a kill to 3 shots.
The Firing rate is 659 RPM (“Rounds Per Minute”). The Standard TTK (“time to kill”) is at 273ms. So the standard TTK potential without attachments is not the best compared to the other assault rifles (the STG44, the Robot, the AS44, the BAR, the Itra Burst, the Cooper carbine, the NZ-41, Nikita AVT or the KG M40). However, if you land a headshot, the TTK drops to 182ms.
Distance and projectile velocity
Up to a distance of 47meters you can use a Launch with 4 salvos. At longer range, you need 5 hits for a kill if you hit the limbs. So the weapon has a very good range.
The Projectile speed is 885M/S, as with any other assault rifle.
Recoil control, reload time and aiming device speed.
Recoil from the Vargo-S is pretty good, with the assault rifle pulling up almost plumb, with no horizontal jumps between volleys. However, it applies note that a vertical jump occurs after the first bullet.
The Reload time the weapon is enclosed 1.85 seconds. Note, however, that this is the “ADD time”. What does ADD time mean? The reloading of ammunition is already complete, but the reloading animation may continue. Once your ammo is added in the lower right of the screen, the ADD time for reloading is complete.
The ZV target speed is at 210ms, which is really very good for an assault rifle.
