Warzone – Season 2 Reloaded: Rebirth Island Reinforced – The most important facts about the reworked map

Rebirth Island is for many players the most popular map in Call of Duty’s in-house Battle Royale. And this little map is now getting the biggest update since its launch with the mid– Season update of – Season 2.

That changes with – Season 2 Reloaded on Rebirth Island: The map gets an extensive revision in the course of – Season 2 Reloaded. Among other things, some locations on Rebirth Island will change significantly and new ones (2 anchored ships) will be added. In addition, there will be 3 new modes in which players can let off steam.

Rebirth Reinforced Event: Right at the start of – Season 2 Reloaded, the reworked map will be accompanied by an event. This is called Rebirth Reinforced. Not only can you earn some cool cosmetic rewards (such as a legendary blueprint for an LMG) by completing various challenges, but you can also unlock a new feature on Rebirth Island via a community challenge – the weapon exchange stations.

There you will be able to trade in your weapon for a lower quality shooting iron plus additional items. Depending on the rarity level of the traded weapon, you can get cash, equipment, armor backpacks, revival kits, killstreaks or even a specialist token (unlocks all warzone perks for the bearer).

Warzone: – Season 2 Reloaded – The most important changes of the Mid– Season -Update

These are the changes you should know: In addition to new content, – Season 2 Reloaded also brings numerous gameplay and “Quality of Life” changes. Among the most important are the following:

• Vanguard Royal mode (where you only fought with the Vanguard arsenal and tech) is cancelled. This mode will merge with the previous standard Battle Royale into one experience.
• Recently, players were able to vote on whether to raise health points in Warzone’s regular Battle Royale, which would also result in an increase in Time to Kill. That will now actually happen with the mid– Season update. Instead of 100 HP, players will then have 150 HP by default in BR when at full health.
• Weapon exchange stations are coming as a new feature on Rebirth Island Reinforced.
• Players will be able to drop the gas mask.
• Parachutes can be triggered later (much closer to the ground).
• Players can pick up individual armor plates from armor backpacks if they are wearing one themselves.
• You can see how many armor plates are still contained in armor backpacks (which are lying on the ground).
• In the down state, you will be able to choose whether to come back in a standing, lying or crouching position after being revived.

• Improvements for smoke grenades.
