Call of Duty Next launches tonight for CoD Warzone, Modern Warfare 2 and more. So we’re listing all the important information and times so you don’t miss the event. In addition, we will also be there tonight and ticker live for you – so feel free to check back often.

CoD Next – What is it? Call of Duty Next is a showcase event for the upcoming CoD titles. It will reveal the ongoing future of the shooter series and present more detailed info regarding CoD: Modern Warfare 2, a new part to Warzone and the mobile version of Warzone.

This event will be streamed live on many social platforms so everyone will have a chance to participate as well. If you miss the event or can’t access the stream, we’ll be there live to tick along with you.

8:10 PM: The biggest information of the stream has been revealed and now the round 200 streamers get to take to the controllers and play MW2. Here again are the main places to go if you feel like watching:

20:00: Any Battle Pass progress you earn on Mobile, MW2 or Warzone 2.0 will be saved to your account. Nothing is lost or wasted. So everyone shares the progress with each other.

7:59 PM: There will be no bots inserted into matches. You will be thrown on the map with 120 players that are actual players. All this on Warzone Mobile.

19:57: CoD Warzone for Mobile is coming back and it’s with the map Verdanks. The game is said to feel the same, but with sleeker graphics. Even the gulag returns.

19:54: The release of Warzone 2.0 is also set, coming to the market on November 16, 2022 for all players.

19:52: Now the new DMZ mode for Warzone 2.0 also came up. It is an extraction mode, like in the shooter Escape from Tarkov.

19:50: There will also be fortresses implemented in Warzone 2.0 where AIs have lots of loot that you can challenge. This will allow you to gain a better advantage than other players.

7:47 PM: The storm also gets a change in Warzone 2.0, as it can split into three smaller storms and reunite.

19:46: There will also be a proximity chat that will let you hear when enemies are near you. However, you can also communicate with players who are only near you. Other players who are far away will not hear you.

19:42: Many vehicles will assist you in your travels in Al Mazrah. Helicopters, boats, cars and much more. But be careful, you have to watch your fuel meter.

19:39: Al Mazrah is the new map for Warzone 2 and it is a desert-like and arid environment with many POIs. It is the largest map that has existed so far.

19:37] MW2 and Warzone 2 were both developed at the same time, so they both have the same mechanics.

19:33] If you play on PlayStation, you’ll even get additional access to a special operator. This is only accessible to PlayStation players.

7:12 PM: More developers have now gathered to talk about Modern Warfare 2 and how it took 3 years to develop. While the developers talk, the streamers get ready to gamble right away:

19:08: The multiplayer trailer is shown and many leaked maps can be found, including the artistic museum. In addition, Gunsmith 2.0 was briefly shown, rotating through some attachments of weapons.

Now the trailer repeats again, which is probably due to a technical problem.

19:05: There is even talk of a raid, but what that is and what players have to do in it is, as yet, unknown.

When does the event start? The event will take place today, September 15, at 6:30 p.m. German time.
