If you want to play the beta for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 earlier, you’ll need to pre-order one of the three versions. Without pre-ordering, you won’t get earlier access to the beta phase. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 -Prices of all edits
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 comes in three editions:
- The Standard Edition for 69.99 euros on PC or 79.99 euros for consoles.
- The Cross-Gen Bundle applies to the consoles and costs 79.99 euros.
- Vault Edition – 99.99 euros on PC and 109.99 euros on consoles.

With the Standard Edition, you get the game for your respective platform. With the Cross-Gen Bundle, you get access to the PS4 and PS5 version or Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S version, depending on which platform you buy the shooter on. Of course, the Vault Edition also includes the main game.
No matter which editions you pre-order, all three editions have the pre-order bonus for early access to the beta. Furthermore, if you buy the Vault Edition, you will also get the Ghost Legacy package as a pre-order bonus.
All three versions include the main game, of course. However only the Vault Edition has additional content, these are:
- Red Team 141 Operator Pack (4 multiplayer operators: Ghost, Soap, Price and Farah).
- FJX Cinder – first weapon vault.
- 1 – Season Battle Pass with 50 level jumps.
- Ghost Legacy Pack (exclusive to pre-orderers – 10 weapon build plans and 12 operator skins for Ghost, both of which you can use immediately in Modern Warfare and Warzone).
