Tonight, August 19, 2022, once again a hotfix package has landed on the World of Warcraft live servers. The fixes revolve around the Mythic Plus affix Shrouded and the return of items obtained via Confusing Cartel Dinars. Here is the summary:
- Veiled Affix: Blizzard has “adjusted” the health, melee damage, and skill damage of Nathrezim infiltrators. Also, the cooldown of Vampire Claws raised to twelve seconds (previously eight seconds). The bottom line is that Infiltrators should now be slightly weaker.
- Fixed a bug that was causing players to lose their through Confusing dinar of the cartel could not return the items acquired.
- Fixed a bug where the cooldowns of the following item effects were not reset after completing an Encounter: Enforcer’s Stun Grenade, Kihra’s adrenaline shot and Meat hook of the meat shredder.

- Vampiric Claws cooldown increased to 12 seconds (was 8 seconds).
- Developers’ note: We discovered an issue that caused Nathrezim Infiltrators to have inconsistent health and damage, and as part of resolving the issue we had to adjust their health and damage values. The net result is that Nathrezim Infiltrators should feel slightly less powerful than they did previously.

- Fixed an issue where items purchased with Puzzling Cartel Dinar could not be refunded.
- Fixed an issue where Enforcer’s Stun Grenade, Kihra’s Adrenaline Injector, and Fleshrender’s Meathook did not reset their cooldowns upon ending an encounter.
