Spinamba Casino Review and Bonus
Accepts players from United States
Spinamba is still a very young online casino that now also hosts sports betting with its light safari ambience. A lot of things still seem to be a construction site and a special welcome bonus does not exist yet. Nevertheless, you will find a competitive betting offer with sometimes over 1000 betting markets per top game. I'll tell you about my Spinamba experiences here, which might be reason enough for you to give this bookie a try right now. Expect some changes on the site in the near future.

Spinamba sports betting experience – test & review
Bonus & VIP Offer
Welcome bonus
At the beginning, there is quite a disappointment, because there is currently no Spinamba bonus for sports betting. You can take a look at the “Bonuses” tab and also browse through the “Gifts” in the account, but the offer there currently only refers to casino games. Roughly speaking, there are three big deposit bonuses of 50, 30 and 20% bonus money here, as well as 50, 30 and 20 free spins, respectively. You have to deposit at least 30 euros and then get seven days to convert the bonus 40 times. 1000 euros is the upper profit limit and you can throw a maximum of 2 euros into the machines. The competition from our sports betting comparison can definitely do that better.
VIP & Loyalty Program
The disappointment continues, because even a Spinamba bonus for VIP bettors is nowhere to be found. Spinamba also does not offer any other bonuses for your sports bets. However, I was told in the chat that they are working on it and that you may soon no longer have to look down the tube. By the way, there is no loyalty program for the casino world yet either.
Betting offer
The betting offer, on the other hand, is already quite well developed, and that’s what we’re basically talking about. About 35 sports await you, led of course by soccer, but then everything else that is so important, and so much more. That can be seen, even if I have a few problems with it, when apparently the auto-translator was activated and it is called “BarLehms Premier Liga” instead of “Barclays Premier League” (although this name is also out of date) or the sport “Bowls” is called “Bowls” here. Professional looks different. Nevertheless, Bowls is represented and so are many other “exotics”.
Really impressive, however, is the enormous number of different betting markets. Up to 1300 (!) individual options are available for Bundesliga, “Champions Liga” or just that clay league, and you can bet money here on practically every blade of grass individually. In my eyes, this is the biggest strength of the not yet fully developed bookie.
E-Sports & Special Bets
E-Sports are covered with many important events and also political and entertainment bets are available in the forum, even if they are sometimes confusingly listed under “Offers”.
Live bets
The live program blends in well with the rest of the offer and is also impressive. Here you get a few sporting events in live mode practically around the clock, whereby it quickly gets into triple digits at the weekend. You can plan your bets in the live calendar and then track past events in the results archive. In my experience with Spinamba, it is quite practical that the rather clunky left menu becomes a quick overview of the current pairings.
From here you can quickly reach the places where something crucial is happening, but you can also conveniently create your own conference in the multiple view. Here Spinamba can keep up with the big players. In the center, you can see all available betting options below each other and can quickly move the desired odds to the betting slip on the right. Above that, as usual, there is additional space for the thumbnail view of the respective pitch, peppered with actions currently taking place (the throw-in, the goal, the half-ender…). By the way, you have to allow for a delay of up to six seconds, which the provider puts between the click and the acceptance of the live bet.
This live info including some statistics is then for me not to be placed on the quite high level, but definitely gives a good insight into the ongoing events. Spinamba does not offer video streams, but for some bets the cashout function, which can be recognized by the small symbol next to the headline. All in all, this live area makes me forget some of the weaknesses of the bookie/casino provider for a short time.
Quotes & Betting Features
Quotes
To determine the general odds level, I leave the live bets, where the odds are always slightly lower, and look at ten randomly selected pre-match result bets. This way, I can use a simple mathematical formula to calculate what percentage of your bets will statistically go to payout of winnings, while the rest will remain as a fee at Spinamba. My sample yielded the values 93.83 / 94.30 / 95.03 / 93.20 / 92.64 / 96.19 / 96.09 / 93.48 / 91.42 / 95.91% and thus an average payout key of an impressive 94.2%. I’m amazed at the consistency in the odds, which never slip into the cellar even for floorball games. This also matches my observation that odds are always displayed with two decimal places here, meaning that they have been screwed down to the last detail. If you want to bet on clay league games or generally very popular soccer games, you can expect very good 96% payout.
Betting Features
The otherwise rather mediocre provider can also convince with the last central betting criterion in this Spinamba test category. You don’t get the full package like at bet365, Tipico and Co., but one or two more than at the average bookie.
The bets are divided into Ordinar (single), Express (combination) and System, which can be easily adjusted in the clearly arranged betting slip. Quick bets with just one click and a preset stake can be activated there, as well as the maximum possible stake size. You can sort individual bets or events by time frame and save them as favorites. In addition, it is possible to display odds as usual decimal or switch to fractional, American, Hong Kong, Malay or Indo.
Furthermore, you have a calculator at your disposal, which is more precisely a system calculator, in order to couple different odds with each other in the best possible way. All of this is already quite well thought out and goes hand in hand with each other over time. The real innovations are missing, but they don’t always have to be.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
Spinamba doesn’t reveal much about its payment system, but I can present the cornerstones here. In any case, it should be said in advance that only verified and established payment partners are available and every transaction is encrypted and secure. The lack of information is thus unnecessarily annoying, but not associated with any risks for you. Spinamba currently offers these six payment methods to customers from Germany:
Visa
Mastercard
Zimpler
ecoPayz
Payeer
Perfect Money
This at least covers the most popular credit cards, but even though I personally think you should use ecoPayz more often, the rest is of course too little without Skrill, NETELLER, Trustly or Bitcoin. Between 10 and 2000 euros are possible in one go per deposit and fortunately there are neither costs nor additional waiting times.
For withdrawals, you can primarily use the methods you have already used to deposit, which are displayed as Visa, Mastercard, Payeer and Perfect Money by default, although Mastercard is excluded for withdrawals elsewhere.
Withdrawals
Just try it out, since Mastercard has a somewhat inconsistent policy here. Withdrawals don’t cost you anything extra either, but for me the minimum limit of 50 euros is set too high. 2000 euros are then possible per day and per withdrawal, 10,000 euros per week and 40,000 euros per month, which is absolutely fine for a provider of this small size. There is a 20% fee if you want to withdraw unused money, but you can easily avoid that. Even more unfair is the rule that withdrawals are only allowed until 30 days after the last deposit at the latest.
The speeds for withdrawals are not particularly high, but still customary in the industry, when it may well take between 36 and 72 hours before the actual transfer begins, which can gladly take an additional three to five days for bank transfers.
Under the Curaçao license used, it is mandatory that you verify all your data from a cumulative withdrawal amount of 2000 euros. To do this, send a few documents as a picture or PDF to customer support (e.g. a scan of your ID and a current utility bill), a sub-item in the account unfortunately does not exist.
My experience with the first deposit and withdrawal
Since the bonus is unfortunately not unlocked for sports betting, my experiences extend only to the deposit and withdrawal.
Within the framework of the deposit, you must decide on a payment method. I opted for a deposit via credit card in the amount of 30 euros. The money was immediately credited to my account without any problems.
Before you can make a withdrawal, you need to complete your details at Spinamba. I did that and the KYC process was completed quite quickly.
However, you can only make the withdrawal from a balance of 50 euros. So I loaded another 20 Euros into my account to reach the minimum withdrawal value. However, you have to wager your deposit amount at least three times before your first withdrawal. So now I would have had to wager 150 euros in order to cash out my original 50 euros. So I set about putting my balance into sports betting. Unfortunately, luck wasn’t in my favor and I lost my full bet of 50 euros. A really bitter experience.
Overall, individual negative points stand out with the provider Spinamba. Above all, there is the minimum payout amount of 50 euros as well as the requirement that you have to completely convert your deposit amount at least three times. The chance that the money will be lost is correspondingly higher than with other providers.
Reputation & Security
Then we get into the areas of increased criticism. Spinamba seems to me to be law-abiding and secure, but not really on your side due to inexperience, laziness or even negligence. The help functions are too sparse, and ultimately the T&Cs are too convoluted.
Let’s start with the EU license from Curaçao, which provides some, but not too many security features for you. Especially young and unambitious operators use this instead of the much better Malta license because of the lower effort and costs. You will find a very uninspired privacy policy (“Your privacy is very important to us”) at Spinamba, but a longer text on player protection, whereby you can only initiate measures for addiction prevention upon request to the support. The betting rules and a separate subsection on the right of return are comparatively abstruse, sometimes talking about the ruble and at one point even leaving a gap for adding a limit.
The terms and conditions also contain a conspicuously large number of passages on content that is not offered at all, and the about us page remains practically completely empty. Are all these still “teething troubles” of a provider launched in mid-2019 and thus young? With my personal Spinamba experiences, I come to the conclusion that there is no deliberate work against you here, but probably a certain irrelevance to your well-being prevails. This may change in the future, but at least be careful.
Service & Support
However, I can tell you that the customer service makes a good effort, but it is very questionable how often I had to rely on the customer service during the test period. Not because something didn’t work (Spinamba is already well positioned here), but because there is almost no additional information to be found on the site. FAQ are completely missing and if you move the mouse over the even displayed information-i in the countless betting markets for understanding, then instead of an explanation terms like “H1 (-2.5) and 1st half Win1” or “Team 1 wins at Nile” are simply displayed again.
Very much information in this guide I had to ask via support, which was only the exception with many of the providers I tested. The support itself was available in German and at peak times I had to wait up to ten minutes in the live chat, but once someone was responsible for me, a fairly fluid conversation also arose. After all, the live chat is available around the clock. In addition to the e-mail contact, which is also possible here, there is no telephone service. On the negative side, you have to enter your email address and phone number to use the chat.
Functions & Design
Without info texts, there’s no personality, without that, there’s no connection, and if the design doesn’t live up to its initial promise, then it’s difficult to become a favorite bookie. I don’t even want to dwell on the visuals, which are alright overall, but not remarkable. It bothers me much more that the sports bets are presented in a completely different and not at all fitting design. Suddenly the background is white, the basic colors are blue and red and I can’t get rid of the suspicion that they simply copied existing things.
Clarity is given, but I can see how beginners have it a bit harder than necessary with Spinamba and it can take a while to find the flow. My tip for the betting view: Click on the small icon next to the game ID in the middle column at the top left under the two teams. This causes the odds to now be displayed in another column, which at least makes it a bit more compact and easier.
You can also swap the columns with each other on the top right above the mini-game field. Otherwise, I just don’t like the fact that selected leagues or games are somehow displayed underneath and mixed up in the middle, but big players like bwin also have this problem in my eyes. The left betting selection is a real hindrance, as there is no optical separation to the sub-items here. So you can’t see on which level (sport, country, competition…) you are at the moment, and since once opened menu items remain open until reloaded, the betting selection becomes a colorful monotony after a short time, according to my Spinamba experiences.
Mobile App
Towards the end of the Spinamba test, I take a quick look at the mobile offering. No effort has been made to install a native app, but that is not necessary if the browser version is suitable. First of all, I would say that practically everything works as usual, and hardly anything has changed visually. I like the basic structure thanks to its compactness and all features have been transferred.
However, if you then open the sports betting section in the collapsible menu on the left, you will be surprised with real photos and the title bars are suddenly highlighted in red instead of blue or gray. The design has been improved and I have to say that I like it better than the one on the desktop, even with the better separated and larger odds.
The weak sports selection gives way to a horizontal bar with simple icons, while the live view is also better in my eyes. Overall, the changes are not so serious that you have to get used to them again. The multi-view is, as always, a bit more cumbersome on the smartphone and, at least on my iPhone, it only scrolls during the touch, so not with some lag as usual.
Other Offers
As the name Spinamba already suggests and as it has already sounded several times, we are primarily dealing with a casino provider here. You currently get 41 software suppliers that offer you over 2500 games. There is really everything here, of course far more slots than playable, plus jackpots, blackjack, roulette, game shows, poker, baccarat, keno, sic bo, scratch cards or arcade games.
Here you simply have to browse for yourself and then quickly find the strong live casino from Evolution Gaming as well as a separate menu item for Virtual Sports, which, however, are currently still sparsely populated. All of this is rounded off with continuously running competitions, i.e. slots tournaments, for which you can register and in which there is then bonus money, free spins and also non-cash prizes to be won. Spinamba is really stepping on the gas again here and it shows that the current core offer of the gaming provider promises a lot here, which the affiliated sportsbook cannot (yet) deliver, to everyone’s misfortune.
