In order to receive the welcome deal, you must deposit at least 20 euros. The bonus can be activated within 7 days after the first deposit. This is done in the personal bonus area or in case of need via chat contact.

Before you can start to release the bonus money, you must wager your deposit within 14 days 1 time at a minimum odds of 1,50. After that, turnover requirements of 10x bonus and deposit apply. Live bets

You can find live betting at ReloadBet under the “Live” tab in the horizontal main menu. The structure here is quite similar to the one in the pre-match section – available sports are on the left and the markets are listed in the middle.

You can bet live on almost every event in the pre-match section. Typical world sports, such as soccer, tennis, basketball or table tennis, are almost always included, as they are almost always played in some league somewhere in the world. There is also a lot going on in eSports at any time of the year.

Are there good odds at ReloadBet? Of course, the bookmaker says about itself that it provides the best odds, but we wouldn’t necessarily rely on that for now. What else should ReloadBet say…?!

If you want to be on the safe side, you can quickly calculate the odds yourself. Of course, we have already done this for you.

For the odds check at the time of our ReloadBet experience, ten games from the portfolio were considered. This ensured a minimization of distortions due to odds outliers – both upwards and downwards.

If you want to bet at ReloadBet, you can basically make single bets, combined bets or system bets.

There are many different betting markets to choose from, especially in soccer. Here, however, ReloadBet does not quite come up to the big top competition. However, players from Germany can also bet on special markets without any restrictions.

There is information about a bet builder in the footer, but it was not yet activated at the time of our ReloadBet experience. Unfortunately, the support could not give us any exact information about this.

However, a cashout is possible for many tips without any problems. This gives you the opportunity to cancel a bet if, contrary to expectations, your forecast went in the wrong direction, and to reduce your losses.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ReloadBet has some popular payment service providers in its portfolio. We could make our first deposit via Visa, Mastercard, paysafecard, Skrill, NETELLER, Neosurf, CashtoCode, eZeeWallet, MiFinity, AstroPay, flexepin or various cryptos.

The minimum deposit was 10 euros. We were allowed to transfer a maximum of 15,000 euros at once – among others with NETELLER. With Skrill and the cryptocurrencies, no limits are specified upwards at all. Withdrawals are also possible from 10 euros and can amount to up to 15,000 euros.

The high limits should be really interesting for high rollers.

The fact that ReloadBet does not charge the German betting tax also appeals to this group of bettors in particular. Payment fees are also not provided by default.

Before you can make a withdrawal for the first time, there is usually a KYC procedure. However, such a procedure is not standard at ReloadBet. Data is only checked again in individual cases. You will then have to submit a copy of your ID card, among other things. There is no special upload area.

Reputation & Security

As a rule, there is a license seal somewhere on the website of every online bookmaker. You can click on this and in turn get exact information about the license on the official website of the licensor or practically verify it. ReloadBet only states that it has a license in Curacao, but there is no way to verify its validity.

The support says that there is a valid license, but they can’t provide any proof either.

We think that this is really not possible. No serious betting platform can be operated today without the appropriate information. Thus, we have to assume that ReloadBet does not have a license, which is why we cannot recommend you to bet there.

But that’s not all: player protection is also practically non-existent. Limits cannot be set at all and self-exclusion can only be requested via support.

On top of that, ReloadBet doesn’t even have modern SSL encryption. There is no SSL certificate.

Here we do not even need to research further on the net for reviews and experiences – better keep your hands off this bookmaker!

Service & Support

ReloadBet’s customer service is available in eight languages – including German – around the clock via chat. The employees are friendly, but sometimes don’t seem to know quite who they work for or what typical issues they have to deal with.

License questions were quickly dismissed, and other complicated issues, such as the function of the advertised but obviously (still) non-existent betting configurator, could not really be dealt with in a targeted manner.

As an alternative to the chat, you can write an email, but the response takes half an eternity, i.e. sometimes a few days. The FAQ is much faster, but unfortunately it is not very productive and thus rarely offers sufficient help.

Functions & Design

ReloadBet offers you a typical bookmaker interface/layout: on the left you will find the sports you can bet on, in the middle you will see the individual matches and their betting markets and on the right side you will find the betting slip. Everything is functional and kept simple – there is nothing to complain about here.

The design is balanced in yellow, gray and white. Visually, the site is somewhat reminiscent of bwin. Unfortunately, the overall quality of this bookie is not as good as its presentation or even the portfolio of bwin!

The website is available in German, English, Swedish, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Polish.

Other Offers

As a lot of bookmakers do nowadays, ReloadBet also offers an online casino in addition to its sports program.

However, the gaming platform is obviously really just an add-on. Although ReloadBet cooperates with some very good game providers, such as iSoftBet, Stakelogic, Wazdan and others, somehow the titles just seem to be thrown together quickly. There is no really useful game navigation: The search function doesn’t work, the provider list is partly just not correct and some games don’t start.

Some things are really inappropriate – at least the live titles from Evolution and Ezugi did their job reliably as usual, though.

Speaking of which: There are no casino restrictions for German players at ReloadBet – neither in terms of live games nor jackpots.
