Initially, I had an English-speaking advisor, but he forwarded me to a German-speaking employee. The service worked flawlessly. It is also pointed out that a German-speaking advisor is not always available. In that case, one has the possibility to send an e-mail, which, however, leads to the fact that one has to be a little patient in order to receive an answer. A telephone service is not available. I didn’t like the fact that a 24/7 service is promised, but as soon as you log in, it says that the service is only available from 07:00- 01:00.

Functions & Design

The white label company SkillOnNet is responsible for the website. The website seems to be very clear at first. In the upper column, the slots categories and other games are displayed. If you choose the slots category, for example, you can get additional information about the respective game by clicking on the i-button. The website is available in over 24 languages.

What I really disliked, however, is the fact that you can’t easily find the T&C section once you’re registered. Only after I wrote to customer support was I given a link. Even after several attempts, I did not manage to find the T&Cs when logged in. PlayMillion should fix this as soon as possible.

PlayMillion’s games are provided by over 20 different developer studios like Microgaming, so you can’t generalize about the quality of the games. While some slots convince with their retro design like Play’N GO’s Multifruit 81, other slot machines are so lavishly produced that the trailers have Hollywood character.

One game that I can definitely recommend is Jungle Books by Yggdrasil. The intro alone is already very elaborately produced and the gameplay is similar. The five main characters of the slot, which is based on Jungle Books, guide you through the respective rounds. Each of them has an additional feature, which allows you, for example, to pay out the winning rows from right to left, instead of only from the left. This means that you will not get bored in a hurry.

The only requirement to be able to play at PlayMillion without any problems is that your Flash player is up to date. If this is not the case, various websites offer software downloads for this.

More and more often, I am confronted with the question of whether the respective offer is also available on mobile. Negative in my PlayMillion review is that a significant portion of the website is difficult to find. Only after writing to customer support did I find the T&Cs on the site. I also didn’t like the fact that no German phone support is offered, but maybe the provider will upgrade in that regard as well.
