Even if you want to release your bonus with the help of combined bets, you have to make sure that every single bet has at least the odds of 2.00. Yes, that’s right: It is not enough if the betting slip as a whole exceeds the odds of 2.00! In our eyes, this is clearly too high.

Minimum deposit amounts a bit too high
Another small fly in the ointment is the minimum deposit amount. For some methods, this is ten euros, which is absolutely fine and common. However, the fact that we have to deposit at least 50 euros if we want to transfer the money to the betting account via bank transfer is not proportionate. With Trustly, Skrill and Neteller, it is 20 euros each, which should not be so relevant for German customers, since these methods hardly play a role on the German market anyway. The fact that a minimum of 20 euros is also required for Paysafecard is something our sports betting experts simply don’t understand.

Withdrawals

What is not acceptable in our eyes is the fee that Mr. Ringo charges for withdrawals. The betting provider keeps 3 percent of the withdrawal amount for itself, no matter which method you choose for the withdrawal. This is a no-go, and we think that Mr. Ringo still has some catching up to do here if the bookmaker seriously wants to join the big players.

Mr. Ringo has been on the market for quite some time – and no betting provider would last long if its business practices were based on rip-offs and fraud. Functions & Design

Usability suffers at Mr. Ringo
In our opinion, the layout of Mr. Ringo still leaves a lot of room for improvement. The bookmaker really restricts itself to the bare essentials here. Other bookmakers do this much better. Of course, design is always a question of taste, but sometimes even the user guidance suffers from it – and here we have to say quite clearly that it is no longer a purely aesthetic question, but a question of usability. No provider should cut corners here. Mr. Ringo urgently needs to do some reworking here.
